Food is great but this location has the worst wait times. Waited at the menu board in drive thru for 20 minutes. They acknowledged that I was there then nothing. Finally pulled up to the window to order. Still took 15 minutes to get my food. This isn’t the first time that wait times were bad.

slowest restaurant in clarksville. placed a mobile order for a late night snack and ended up waiting 45 minutes for my food. food was decent, cold fries and sandwich didn’t have cheese i paid to add. this was my second visit. on my first, i waited 30 minutes, got all the way home and they forgot half my order and had to drive back and by the time i got to eat my food was ice cold. my fault for not checking the bag but i was in a rush. next time i’ll just choose mcdonalds.

This place sucks! Our order was supposed to be ready at 12:28 AM and we got our food 20 minutes later with three cars in the drive-through in front of us… My wife’s sandwich was wrong and had some weird sauce on there, the french fries were old and greasy, and my breakfast sandwiches were room temperature. I would’ve fed the food to the dog when I got home, but I actually like my dog. We’ll never go back.

We love Jack In the Box but this new location is ridiculous! We ordered pick-up and got there when the app told us and the drive thru was wrapped all the way around! We walked up to the window to pick up our food and was told they were running behind and it would be 20-25 minutes and at the 25 minute mark we told it would be another 8-10 minutes. So one would think the food would be hot and fresh and it was for from it! We live 8 minutes away and NY chicken sandwich tasted like it had been sitting for a while and all the fries were ice cold! This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location and everytime it’s a 30 plus minute wait and the food is always cold.

Waited over 30 minutes to pick up a prepaid mobile order. This was our second time coming. First time we ordered in drive thru and it took about the same time.Food is what you would expect from fast food. Not great but not horrible l. If they could fix the wait time issues for a fast food place it would be decent.

I genuinely like the food when it’s cooked correctly. I have been several times. I am not kidding when I say, my order has been wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. And it has always taken nearly 30 to 40 minutes. I ask for the combo with no mayo, and no lettuce on the tacos. Soon as it comes out it’s cold and not like I asked. And because it takes SO long to get through, I have just gone home with a soggy mayo bun and put my own bread on it. I mean it’s almost comical, like they added mayo. A mayonnaise sandwich. We have been here multiple times. I work nights and it’s one of the only places open late at night. Most times we come they are slower than slow. We wait longer than what it says we should wait and it’s not peak hours. If they are out of something they substitute WITHOUT running it by you first. They screwed up my chicken club and put on some kind of red sauce on it. It was disgusting and I ordered it without ANY sauce!

We stopped by because we haven’t had Jack in the box for a long time. My wife really wanted a sourdough jack and the legendary greasy tacos. We were a little worried based on previous reviews but the food came out quick and was hot and delicious. So whatever was going on before they must have addressed. We’ll be back again.

The burger and chicken sandwich tasted good but were really, really greasy. I don’t even remember the fries, so maybe they were alright. The tacos were disgusting. The staff was friendly, but clueless. We had valid coupons we tried to use in the drive thru and they acted like we were speaking Chinese. Culver’s is a minute away from the Jack in the Box on Veterans PKWY, so I’d recommend going there instead.

Having grown up in California and having Jack in the box my whole life I was happy to find one back here in kentucky. However none of the ones I ever went to were drive through only like this one. The atmosphere of drive-thru only stinks. It feels really disconnected. Unless you’re dying for a jumbo Jack, taco or breakfast croissant I’d go someplace else but if you’re willing to deal with the disconnected feeling of this place then go ahead. Because they don’t have to look at you and they can send you off to the parking lot there’s no sense of urgency or desire to make sure that you’re happy. You can just tell when you leave. Would not recommend
