I had to try, given the mixed reviews. Then I pull up and see this is a newer location. It’s clean inside and out. Yes, the staff is young and seems a bit inexperienced on customer service, but with some gentle prompting I got exactly what I wanted.
Advice: park the car and go inside. I have found it almost always a better experience than speaking through a microphone. I would have ordered through the app, but it was down.
So yes, they do have an app that gets you a discount off your first order plus reward points. There is also currently $10 meal deal. If you like Jack In The Box food, I would not hesitate to recommend.

This place is a joke. They are out of so many items, then they give you the wrong item that they suggested because they were out of said item. They are rude and nasty when you ask them why the error was made like it’s our fault. They can’t function & keep making mistakes. If you are going to screw up at least own up to it, be kind, and offer a resolution. This location has been open long enough to work out it’s kinks and they are about to open another one before fixing this location. Jack in the Box has been around for a long time. Only new to Jeffersonville. The Louisville store is even worse with 1k+ poor ratings with an average 2.9 rating. Someone has a lot of capital and no business sense!! The owner, district manager, etc need to go or these locations will be Taco Bells or Wendy’s before 2026!

This was my first time ever trying Jack. They were nice and fast and the food was good except the burger. It looked great. But as soon as I took a bite I was brought back to 8th grade school lunch. The sysco patties that I call soy burgers. Other then that, it was pretty decent. We ordered the lunch meal and a 3 piece chicken strip.

the temperature was freezing cold inside, a lot of employees in the kitchen area, the staff is not motivated, their production line is very very slow, been twice since they opened, not a place that I desire to go back to, the cashier taking my order didn’t seem right, she then went to the restroom for almost 15 minutes, then came out and seemed out of it spilling a bucket of water. It took right at 15 minutes to get my food. And it wasn’t anything special, The place has been opened less than a year and the dining room is already wearing down. Employees are parking up front limiting close parking for customers.

This place is complete dog water. It’s got two lanes for drive through and they pick and choose which lane to take orders from. Waited to order for 20 minutes while they allowed cars who came after to order. The food is always wrong and they are allergic to putting mayo and ketchup on a burger. We ordered seven burgers and three made it to the bag. The mozzarella stick bag is always dripping grease from the bag. This place is super inconsistent. Only go if you have your day free. Expect to wait 30 minutes to an hour every single time.

I was pretty hesitant to try out this location due to the number of really poorly rated reviews. I think people might be exaggerating a little bit. I went last night around 9pm, and it wasnt a ridiculously long wait in the drive thru despite there being about 7 cars ahead of us. The food we got was fresh and hot, so no complaints on the quality. I’ve had Jack-In-The-Box before, I know what they offer. Its cheap, good fast food. The employees were also nice, and the lady taking our order was fast and accurate with our orders.

Experiences could differ depending on morning or evening rush, or whos working on what shift. But this just seems like another fine Jack-In-The-Box location to me.

First time ever here. This place is a joke!! Do Not Go here!! The girl taking our order didn’t have an answer for anything. No she didn’t just start!! No one knew what goes on the hamburgers. Talked with the manager and he said NOTHING!!! Not a sorry, not a let me remake that, not even a coupon or my money back!! NOTHING. 9 people behind the counter joking and playing around. Manager said NOTHING!! I asked if the burgers were fresh? He said they make the burger and hold them for 40min before they are discarded. If I didn’t have ketchup on it , I would t have been able to swallow it. Manager said NOTHING!! No one here cares about the food or takes pride in what they are serving…. Totally managers fault for allowing this.
The soda machine didn’t work. Coke was out, Dr.P was running out of syrup. I would eat at McD before I would eat here & I haven’t ate there I 6 years. The owner needs to get rid of all of them and start fresh. Dave’s Hot Chicken doesn’t have staff like this because they take pride in what they are serving to the customer.

The wait was like 20 minutes when there were only two cars in line. The fries were ice cold, which was surprising considering how long they forced me to wait in line. The large coke zero I ordered was about 70% ice and 30% coke zero. The burger was decent, but not really worth waiting that long for.

Been giving this place a second chance as when they opened, it was rough. Seemed to be getting better till now. The guy running the window was rude. No other cars were behind me either. Tried asking for dipping sauce and was ignored. They gave us two ranches instead, one was punctured. Got French toast sticks, but no syrup. We got ketchup packets for some reason, guess that’s how the guy eats his.

this place is a joke. they literally JUST opened and i don’t see them making it two more years. they are CONSTANTLY out of stuff!! i tried placing an order and everything i asked for they were out of, i could only order a milkshake. I went again today, DURING breakfast hours and they are out of french toast sticks… it seems that stuff that should be in stock is out and the stuff that doesn’t matter is in surplus. Their wait times are BAD! on an entirely different occasion then the previous two mentioned, i waited in line for AN HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES! for a munchie meal!!!! they had a previous general manager but replaced him with Mike Jones, WORST DECISION. The store has been down hill ever since, a place opened for convenience is posing to be VERY inconvenient and the employees do not add to that fact. They need to completely rehire, especially the ones in charge of inventory, or their business isn’t making it.
