My chicken supreme was terrible. Not worth $4. They forgot the cheese. The buns was hard like it had been sitting out or expired. The chicken patty was smaller than the lettuce and tomato slices they put on there. Sandwich should be no more than $2.

We got the build your own munchy boxes and they were very yummy and very filling, you got three meals in a whole box, dude! The chicken is super tender and juicy. And the mystery sauce on it is super good. This is a great place if you need a quick bite to eat on the road and some yummy fast food. You may even see a cool car or 2 in the area

Came to Indy to visit a family member in the hospital. My husband has never had Jack in the Box so we we’re super excited to find this one until we got there. We ordered 6 famous jack in the box tacos and a medium coke. The drink station was sticky and dirty and had no ice so they had to get it from the back.The restaurant itself has seen better days.The wait for our food was short and we know why….the Tacos were absolutely horrible the shell was saturated in oil and hard and there was no filling inside. It was my husband’s first and last time trying this location.

I Always make sure I visit Jack in the Box when in Nap Town. I got a spicy chicken sandwich combo before heading back to Gary. It was hot, fresh & made appealing to the eye also. My Sprite was refreshing & didn’t taste like the machine needed to be cleaned. And they remembered light ice also( The ice didn’t have a funny taste either.) I can honestly say I love going to Jack in the box WHENEVER I visit Nap Town.

The fries are always cold. The people can never hear correctly on the speaker and the manager at night has no customer service skills what so ever. Make me pay for ranch which wouldn’t bother me if they ACTUALLY PUT IT IN THE BAG. I stay having to ask multiple times.

I called them because they messed me and my moms order up the person who answered the phone was a feminine man and he was very nasty with me and my mom he told up that he made all the food and bag in when he didn’t I don’t recommend ordering on DoorDash late night because they will just mess you order up and I will be contacting your hr about the person who hung up in our face

Need to shoutout the manager working right now. He is helping in every part (orders , pickup, delivering food). You hear him leading his staff and is speaking kindly and patiently. Well run fast food isn’t common anymore and everything he is going smoothly thanks to his hustle.

I have been trying to contact this restaurant all night and morning and no one seems to care for answering the phone ….. my order was delivered to me with lots of missing items and I payed $10 extra dollars to get this delivered to me and they could at least pick up the phone. I have probably called like 10 times trying to get someone to answer me and nothing.

10/09/25 at 10:20pm The food was great and we got exactly what we wanted, the drive thru service was as well great! The person though cleaning the lobby was very rude. We thought the lobby was opened considering it says the times outside and that the lobby didn’t close until 11pm. When we tried to come in the person cleaning the lobby told us the lobby was closed, no explanation. I understand closing a lobby down early to clean 100% I had issue there, but she laughed and smiled about it and stared at us while we were getting in our car. I will admit i was frustrated because i’m pregnant and very sick and just needed to use the restroom. Otherwise the staff that helped us through the drive thru were great!

Stopped by after a concert to get a quick food fix and was pleased with excellent customer service with hot fresh food that hit the spot. I wasn’t expecting great service around midnight but they delivered and were quick. The flavor of the burger and fries were spot on. The shake was very flavorful as well.
