This location was the worst experience I have had at a Jack-in-the-Box restaurant. The girl at the counter who took our order spoke like she was barely tolerating our interruption of her life. There was almost nothing by the drink station. No straws, no ketchup, no spoons… A bare scattering of salt, pepper, and a couple forks and knives. The tables were dirty and had trash sitting on them. The chicken sandwich was rubbery and mushy. How is a grilled chicken sandwich mushy? The burgers were dry and the fries tasted like they’d been fried in week old oil. While eating (in an almost empty restaurant) the staff was chatting and laughing with each other while on their cell phones instead of restocking or cleaning the customer area. Embarrassing. I would not recommend dining here unless you are desperate.

It was a 90 minute round trip to my “Nearest” Jack in the Box today. But it was totally worth it. For $20, I was able to grab my favorite four or five things from them. Lunch today, lunch tomorrow and then some. Great store, very courteous staff. Highly recommend!

I mean, service-wise, it sucks. They could hire more employees to keep up with the demand and improve how fast they get the food out to people. The food was good, but the other downside was that I was waiting on my food for literally almost half an hour.
I think hiring more employees and maybe having more workers on different stations could possibly help if it’s set up as an assembly line. They could also consider taking some things off the menu that take a lot more time than other items. Additionally, they should improve their customer service a little bit more, especially how they interact with their customers.

Been waiting for 40 rears to try it! Burgers were not bad. i got a Smash burger and onion ring. My wife got a double cheeseburger and fries. Took a little longer than expected to get food. We were second in line. The place was not as clean as i would have liked. Condiments were not stocked. Kind of disappointed to be honest

I honestly hadn’t eaten at Jack in the Box in years and didn’t even realize they were still around, but this location was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and service was quick.
Even though it had been a long time since my last visit, everything went smoothly and the food was exactly what you’d expect from a fast-food stop—hot, fresh, and convenient. Overall, a solid experience and a good reminder that it’s still a reliable option when you’re in the mood for something quick.

I loveee Jack in the Box so much. I’m pretty sad there’s only two in Ohio. I’ve been to both and this one was so much better than the Cincinnati location. Good food, (apart from getting pickles on my Junior Jack,) and an amazing atmosphere. I love the framed antenna balls! Service is great and everyone is really nice. Overall, awesome fast food place!

The manager at the location on Tylersville Road is absolutely incredible… He works so hard to make the store great and puts a lot of pride into everything he does. He treats us like personal friends just from coming through the drive-through and recognizing faces. The food is always fresh and hot and at such an affordable price.

It was my first time trying this restaurant chain and I got as not impressed. The beef didn’t taste good. The fries were ok and so were the stuffed jalapeno poppers. I think I prefer the ones that are stuffed with cream cheese though, not these. The pop machine they had only had a handful of options. It was one of those newer coke machines where you can make your own drink combos but it’s not good if there are only a few options to choose from. The tables were clean for the most part. The bathrooms were okay as well. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. I don’t think I’ll be returning to any Jack in the box locations though. Might be just preference but I wasn’t impressed.
