Wes is the best! He goes above and beyond every time I’ve been there. We typically go on Friday or Saturday afternoon when we get groceries! I’ve had two really positive interactions with him. Once my husband was away, and he gave me a color changing cup and I asked for one for him and he gave me extra. Another time, I thought I dropped my card out the window of my truck. He went outside in the rain to check for me. I didn’t ask him to do that but he did. Top notch service. I also witnessed him complimenting his team. They were super busy the day he gave me the cups, but he made it look like the funniest place to work ever. Thank you Wes for making my day that time and today!

Wwe have ordered food through here three times all three times was incorrect the food was not hot I thought well maybe they are just having a bad day but three times no way. I will never recommend this place if they don’t even care about how they are serving their customers. The sandwiche was just thrown together and cold the hash brown was soggy and it just doesn’t look presentable.

Had the doordasher call me while he had the manager and the lady at the window on the phone. They explain to us they somehow gave away my food. They then started to say this is something doordash is going to have to fix instead of remaking the food. They treated the doordasher like he was an idiot.

They say this happens all the time. Somehow other people pick up the order and then the dasher gets there and the food is just gone. This sounds like a scheme or they don’t know they are giving food away. Then they handle it very poorly after they do it. I nor the doordasher lost the food. We shouldn’t be the ones tasked with making it right. You contact doordash and tell them you gave away my food or just remake the order like you should. Then doordash doesn’t even have to know you messed up.

When we did actually get food in the past, it was mediocre at best. Tacos are terrible and the burgers taste like cheap garbage. At this point, I don’t want these people making my food. There is something weird going on here.

Loved the food .I did eat there often until my last visit.I was turned off with the lack of professionalism around the terms of endearments by employees.Using Love and Honey and having my day blessed more times than I cared to.
This was only compounded by the one calling me Love and Honey was spoon
feeding her boyfriend in the lobby a wipcream concoction she had made as he waited on his food.
I wrote corporate .They said the manager or owner would contact me.Then in a follow up email they ask for a survey and wanted to know if I had been contacted.I had and have not So…Is it a Church? a singles bar? or a Jack in the Box? It appears it’s all the above.

Went to Jack in the Box tonight in valley station for my kids and this is the taco they received, lol. We were already home when we looked at it. Yall really broke a 7 year old heart who was super excited for some quick and easy tacos

If you follow me you know by now how much I really hate to give bad reviews. You also know I will only give them when it is completely warranted.
Hopefully, it helps this particular location so they can get the help they need to improve. This visit was on Tuesday February 27th at approximately 2:45 pm
First, I must point out that we were the only customers inside and it took 20mins to receive our food. It arrived cold, Burgers cold, fries warm, taco’s room temperature, egg rolls cold in the center. Very disappointed, because I heard how good the burgers were for some time, and wanted to try one. I must say, one of us ordered the chicken sandwich, and though he had to wait longer for it. It was great. Fresh, was hot and delicious. One of us ordered small french fry and the others ordered medium size. There is an unnoticeable difference in the amount of product with either, as you will see in the video that follows. So it kinda feels like we were slipped a fast one. I will say no more and let the photos speak for themselves. We will not be returning to this particular location again. I’ve ordered from here 3 different times and still have yet to get at least warm food… it takes forever to make it through the line , because it moves very slowly. My mini tacos were thrown in a box with some mushy lettuce , hardly any taco sauce and maybe a splash of cheese. My double jack burger definitely had to be microwaved.

I went through the drive-thru at this Jack in the Box and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, fast, and professional. The portions were great, everything was fresh, and the place looked very clean and well-kept. It’s rare to see a team this attentive and welcoming—truly perfect service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I just found out that the air conditioning is managed by corporate. Guess corporate is in a tropical location because thus place is generally cold but today it is a special kind of cold. Really impacts the experience which, let’s be honest is just fast food anyway. Maybe the idea is people won’t stick around I dont know. Plans for a quick meal were turned into a quick and uncomfortable meal.
