I don’t eat fast food for many reasons and before i stopped here it had been 7 months since ate any fast food. I had never tried jack in the box but i wasn’t expecting much.
I ordered a double cheese burger combo and 2 tacos beef and cheese only. The burger was on par with a gas station microwave burger, it was just a small excuse what a burger should be, the cheese shouldn’t be melted like it’s been pre wrapped for 30 minutes if it’s gonna be melted cheese I’drather have a cheese sauce, the fries were cold, soggy, mushy and limpy and just bad. It was $12 for the combo and there was like maybe 15 French fries the portion was so small. The tacos were fully dressed and if their pre packaged like that I think I should have at least been told that while ordering. This is why I will not eat at fast food restaurants any more it’s just not worth it.

cold and poor tasting food. Is twenty plus minutes for food. Super small portions nothing’s like the picture on the menu. Only Saving grace Staff was friendly and hard working.

Came for lunch at 11:08. The cashier seemed nice, greeted me, and took my order as should. No smile, no personality. The time in getting your order hasn’t improved much. My order accuracy was fine. Other patrons, not so much. The lobby and tables were very clean as well as the soda area. Due to the rain, the floor was very slippery. That seems to be a problem wherever you go.

Just wanted to leave a quick review to shout out Maliki (hopefully spelled correctly only saw his badge fit a second). We have never had Jack in the box before and he was just very helpful and kind and he let us pick a blind box toy. I like pointing out good people so just wanted to say thank you!

Waited over 15 minutes for our food in drive thru line. We were pulled ahead after i paid, with no explanation. Then proceeded to wait for 10 minutes and watched other cars being parked and then served their food. My food was ok at best and the service was below substandard. The attitude of the staff was very disgruntled and irritable. They did not want to be there and repeatedly stated things like “I don’t care if all yall quit” to another employee while I was in the window waiting for my debit card back.

I’m from Florida and went here while in Louisville for my son’s competition 3 days i a row, so don’t judge please. Breakfast was good and burgers and mini tacos were surprisingly good as well. My favorite of all times was the churros filled with I don’t know what and I don’t care but they were amazing tried having the biscoff milkshake but they were out every time ♀️

I ordered through the app and it was delivered by door dash. I was missing 6 items and the food that got delivered was wrong. I tried calling over and over and over but no one would answer. So I took the food and drinks back up to Jack in the Box, tried to go in but it was drive thru only. I ringed the lil window by the door and explained what had happened. A manager comes to the window already with an attitude, I explained what happened and explained what was wrong and that I would like my whole order remade fresh and gave her the food and recipe. She told me that I’d have to contact DoorDash to get any fees back and took the food but not the drinks and took the receipt (never got my receipt back). We had to wait for about 20 mins. Watched the employees playing around, cussing over the headsets, cars was honking because they was taking so long and everyone seems to have bad attitudes. I will never come back to this one, this is the 2nd time having issues at this one!
We get home and some of the food was absolutely gross! The chicken sandwich was looked weird, the lettuce looked old and barely had any mayo. The tacos barely had anything in them and looked over cooked and I was still missing fries SMH! TERRIBLE place! A $40 dollar waste and waste of time and gas!

The interior is well kept, and inviting, and service was reasonable, yet not perfect. Watching the body language of the servers indicated confidence yet also mild reservation. In any event the initial impression was going well. As for the food itself, I had a couple of tacos and a burger. The tacos were a mash of oil, ingredients, and spices that confuse the palate. The burger mildly cleansed the palate after the tacos. Although the burger was mildly redeeming, the size, flavor, and textures simply weren’t satisfying. This was my first experience with Jack in the Box, and it has some work to do. I recommend their HQ to revisit their recipes. In terms of price, its debatable if it is worth it. If its after 10pm and the need for a full belly is more important than flavor or nutritional value, it is an option.

I ordered this for the very first time and I was impressed. I am used to eating Taco Bell and I noticed they also have a box meal at Jack in the Box. They are priced the same but Taco Bells tacos don’t have any sauce on it. Jack’s does have a red salsa and you can taste the corn taco. It was very flavorful. Also, their small drinks are actually a medium so don’t be scared to order them. They are also one of the few restaurants that put tomatoes on their chicken sandwiches which is amazing. All in all I was happy with my meal.
