Every single damn time I go there, something is ALWAYS missing. They never put napkins in the bag, never include ANY sauce, they’re constantly “out” of shake mix, and they can’t even bother to add the dressings or croutons to a simple salad. I ordered through DoorDash and—surprise—no napkins, no fork for my tiny tacos, no ranch for the mozzarella sticks, no sauce for the tacos, and they STILL managed to mess up my whole sandwich. Like seriously? I get that you’re busy, but it is NOT that hard to put in the basics.
I’ve worked at Jack in the Box before. I KNOW you can see exactly what sauces and add-ons are supposed to go with each item on the screen, and I KNOW you’re supposed to always put napkins in and separate the food. And this was a franchise too—so what’s the excuse? Employees, please do better. You know damn well you wouldn’t like your food handed to you this way.
And yeah, I know someone will say, “Well why do you keep going?” Because it’s literally the ONLY Jack in the Box in Clarksville. That’s why.
The loaded breakfast sandwich I ordered wasn’t even complete, and the bread wasn’t toasted at all. I KNOW you’re supposed to run it through the rolling butter and into the toaster—come on. I’ve gone there so many times and my order is wrong every single visit. I usually don’t complain because I get it—people get busy, people have bad days. But today? Today was too much. I spent a lot, I was starving, and this was just ridiculous.

They cant even put lettuce and tomatoes on a burger correctly. I’ve ordered 2x and each time, something was wrong. I get fast food isn’t glamorous, but when I pay for stuff, i expect it to come with all the ingredients its listed with.

Please think twice who you hire to be a manager!
Terrible customer service. Their bathroom was flooded, no signage on the exterior door. The bathroom should’ve been locked and placed out of order. My husband was taking my daughter to the bathroom and she completely got covered in the fluid on the ground when she slipped and fell. The manager didn’t even care about the situation besides the fact that my husband was taking my daughter to the bathroom(not sure why that matters).

I have visit this location twice, I got a crave for the delicious tacos.
First visit; it was later in the evening they told me unavailable due to them being frozen (tiny).
Second visit today (12:55 PM) sold out, no way.
At this point I think they are not serving this on the menu due to their personal preference.
The rest of the menu is available except for the tacos, it’s not a coincidence it’s a choice.
I love this restaurant but the workers make it hard to revisit.
Update: Today 1/11 (1pm) visit location again. Just for them to tell me no tacos available. Decided to get a #4, good stuff just not what I had in mind.

The 2 female managers that work the overnight shift should definitely get a raise and/or their own store. They both have what it takes to increase sales. There’s only one way to do that…. And that’s by making a customer HAPPY. I do deliveries for Door Dash in my spare time here in Clarksville, TN.. And this place is thee only place that I look forward to picking up an order from. Fast, accurate, consistent, and intelligent! Both of them. What more can a customer ask for? A+ Jack in the Box. They set the standard in Customer Service! I thought it was extinct. Thank you for the glimmer of HOPE.

Bro, the tacos (not the mini) have more flavor then the burger. I was shocked when I bit into my sandwich only to taste the tomato and nothing else. I even thought the slight grease taste I was tasting would give me some flavor, but no, these burgers are pitiful. Im shocked my fried even had salt on them, they had more flavor then my burger. If you ever wanted to know what its like to bite into a endless void, this is what it tastes like

Horrible! From service to food. From the start of service, I called the business no answer. So I called the delivery guy and was like where is my food he was like they haven’t made it yet, mind you it had been 40mins already! Couldn’t cancel because he was there waiting. When the guy finally came and gave me the food, I was like what is this?? Order completely wrong! That is what they gave him. The driver offered to take it back(he didn’t have to) and they refused to even entertain the idea they was wrong. This cost me more money because the driver missed 2 other orders dealing with this foolishness and took his time to help me. I have called several times with no response. Next step is to file against the business with the attorney general and maybe some other charges. The food while hot, had hair in it…like was it dropped on the floor? Did someone not have a hair net? If I just feed my family and not checked for those who have allergies it would have been worst than just a wrong order. So they didn’t even care of the special instructions even with the wrong order!! No excuses! I want my money back and never return to this establishment on Dover Rd in Clarksville, TN. Don’t want another location getting sited for their mess.

This was first time to a Jack in the box. We stood for 5 minutes before someone walked up to the register. Not greeted us. Just stood there. We ordered and they were out of onion rings. Out of chicken tenders. We ordered and the food was okay. Not what we wanted. The employees seem to hate their jobs. No smiles. No greetings. The men’s room was a mess. A stack of floor tiles in the floor. Stall was out of order. The hand dryer did not work. No paper towels. Not a good first visit.
