Update: On 2/15/26 around 11:08 PM, they forgot one of our burgers. I remember that night clearly because the worker said we ordered a lot of food, and there was a woman getting pulled over in the parking lot. I tried contacting them but never got a response. It seems like the night shift has some issues. My 5-star rating quickly dropped to 3 stars, and from now on will avoid going there at night.

Since it just opened, it’s been insanely busy. I tried the drive-thru a couple of times, but the line was way too long. This was my first visit since I had it in Cali 10 yrs ago. The burger and chicken sandwich were still great, especially the curly fries. The tacos were just okay, and the iced coffee was overly sweet.
Update: I specifically asked for unsweetened tea, but they gave me an extremely sweet one. So disappointed!

Being from the west coast I was very happy to have Jack in box open up here.
Drive thur is around the corner expect a long-long wait till the hype dies down but it moves at a good pace..
its Very hard to get in even to park and counter order, Parking area is small compared to most in the area.
Customer services is always top notch at Jacks,
Like most Jack in the box’s they believe in face to face customer service so ordering door dash or Uber Eats is not going to happen ,
Not for a long time, if then.
But if you never had a fried taco or a sourdough burger get ready to be happily surprised..

To many issues for a new place! 2 & half stars. Parking lot is a nightmare to get into because they blocked off an entrance. Only after placing order was I told there was no carbonation in the sodas. No one seem to know about the “Secret sauce” but they did try to figure it out. The food was ok but not great and I thought the tacos looked disgusting. Wife said they tasted ok though.
My wife let an employee use the restroom before herself because she appeared to really need it but was left with the impression upon her exit that she was using her phone instead. Overall I found it disappointing. My wife was more gracious and liked the friendly service. But I think there are better burger joints in our area and don’t think I’ll be back to this one.

I didn’t go inside this first time trying JitB. The drive-thru line was long, but made steady progress. I got the Smashed Jack with curly fries. For the dollar upcharge, I’d say the large is worth it. The curly fries may be the best in town. Better than Arby’s. The burger was a tad greasy but once again. One of the best in town. Worth your time.

Visit 1: Food was greasy and soggy.
Visit 2: The staff struggled with a basic order, but the dealbreaker was the moldy bun on my 9-year-old’s meal.
Serving spoiled food to a child is a massive red flag. Extremely disappointed in the lack of quality control.

My first experience with Jack in the box. Ordered #1A, a Single Buger,Fries, and drink, up sized to large. The burger was large and well prepared, lettuce, two sliced tomatoes, I held the onions, the bun was very good and held up well, the fries were hot and compared very well to a competitors famous fries, hot and very good. The Wife enjoyed the seasoned fries. Overall very good experience and we will be back.

Southern California is a place that can’t be compared by any other place in the United States; I had to resort to Mexicali (great food) till Jack in The Box came around! It’s amazing to see good food out here! Hopefully they bring Canes, In & Out (4×4 burgers), & a Tesla Dinner out here next! Try the Sourdough jack, or even the Teriyaki Bowl! I remember driving through San Diego, Chula Vista & El Cajon in need of my taco fix and the morning breakfast menu with the french toast sticks! This is a great addition to what is coming next and hopefully everyone here has as much aura as Southern California! Please block the city hall people from here, just kinda kidding.

The atmosphere is phenomenal, the customer service, even better! Caleb is a gem, and eager to serve, the manager (not sure eof her name) is so attentive and kind. Our favorite place to visit as a family of 5! Tacos are on point, try the coffee, its like a delightful dessert, thanks for the experiences and the new memories!

Being from the West Coast, I was so happy that Jack-in-the-Box came to Hinesville only because I absolutely love their Tacos. Although I had to put them in the air fryer because I like mine on the crunchy or side, it definitely brought my memory back to hitting up Jack in the box after the club in San Francisco. Obviously, there are way better tacos out there, but if you know, you know.
