We drove an hour and a half to get Jack in the Box Tacos in Easley, South Carolina. They were greasy as I remembered them but also a little overcooked. The fries were too salty and this location was out of the best soft drink choices, like Coke Zero, Sprite and Root Beer. The Chicken Supreme was very tasty..

Waited 20 minutes for food. Was the only people in the place. One couple eating when we arrived, man and two kids after. Couple was finished as we ordered and the people behind ordered as the lady was coming up to get a refill. After she stood there for over five minutes with no acknowledgement she left. Others got their order and left and she finally acknowledged me standing there and asked if I needed something. I’m still waiting on my order was my reply so she proceeds to pull it back up on the board and then runs to the back to start the cooking process. Brings it to the counter and just sits the bag down and proceeds to just turn around and walk away. The order was for the dining room, not to go, no apologies, no questions, no anything. When asked for the manager we got attitude from her wanting to know what we wanted her to do.

This is a really good fast food place. The food is actually really freaking good and the service is fast and friendly. Also it’s actually surprisingly clean. 8/10 would recommend.

The Bacon “Ultimate” has as much bacon on it as a McBacon Value Meal. 3 tiny little pieces that didn’t even stretch the width of the bun. Pretty lame. Guy at the counter was Very nice and Very respectful though but this is pathetic. I’d be embarrassed if I called this “Ultimate” bacon. But it does taste really good so I’m coming up on the stars a bit. Food 3 stars, Atmosphere 2 stars because of sticky floor and wobbly tables. 5 star customer service though. Again, the guy at the counter was very nice and respectful.

Waste of time and money. I was super excited to try my first Jack in the Box and this was a major let down. The burger looked fine but the lettuce looked putrid. According to someone it was “the new leaf lettuce that comes that way” but man, after seeing how they operate I wouldn’t feel safe eating here. Oh and it all took 15 minutes for a cheeseburger and value fry. I asked for a drink since it took so long and the lady acted as if I was asking for the world. Not just a no, but a hell no. Please go anywhere else in the area.

So actually scratch that review…somehow when I was looking through the options it said on the old bag no Jalapeños and no onion rings but when I had fixed them to make sure it was on the burger it never put them back on. Sorry!
