We absolutely love Jack in the Box, but not this one. They consistently are closing before their posted hours and apparently there is no way for them to turn off online ordering. We ordered at 10:20pm because it said opened until 1am. Around 10:50pm got a text from the driver delivering our order that the restaurant was closed early. Not only did they waste our time and cause me to jump through hoops for a refund, but these poor delivery drivers are having to drive there just to realize they aren’t open.

I have went to this location multiple times a week since they have opened. For the past 3 months, the service has been horrible. They have given me the wrong order 4 times. They close early and open late randomly. I have left multiple messages, did the online survey asking to be contacted. I have yet to hear from anyone. In the future I will drive the extra miles and go to the Hickory location to get my favorite #7 burger.

I absolutely love coming to this drive-thru for my daily breakfast cravings. There’s usually only one car out, and the doors are locked, which I understand when short-staffed. The reviews for this place are completely different from my personal experience! This location is closer to my job, and it’s definitely my favorite. The young lady at the register is always so friendly and helpful. She wipes my cups off if anything spills on them, which is something I’ve never experienced before. I don’t know her name, but she’s covered in cool tattoos and has an incredible work ethic. You don’t see that much these days.! And the mozzarella sticks are always on point as well

This location is horrible. We were missing food and what we did get was cold. Drinks had no carbonation to it. And the manager needs to take a class on customer service and basic decency. She’s probably the reason that they stay short staffed. Corporate needs to step in and do something about the management and this location in general. When we pulled up to the window, they stated that they weren’t able to take orders for about 10-15 minutes. Apparently the manager tells employees to tell them that when they’re “slammed”. Luckily we had ordered on the app and didn’t have to wait even longer than what we already did. Sat there for about 10 minutes before getting to the speaker and there was only 2 cars ahead of us.

The food here is always fresh and delicious. I pick up food for my mother here from time to time and always find something for me as well. I had the loaded mini tacos the other days and they were fire. Mom always wants the Ultimate Double Cheese Burger Combo. Its a great burger…I add Bacon to mine.

This place is so disappointing. The other day and this is every time I come here, it’s always the same manager with dark hair with a pissy attitude. Food is horrible, pace is slow, customer service is not terrible, except for the manager’s unreasonable attitude. I don’t understand how they could run out of stuff all the dang time! I understand though if you’re not making any money from this place, cause OMG It’s that bad! Just shut down. And fire this manager cause that is no way to talk to customers like that! Imagine how many customers she’s done that to! Grown adult woman, acting and raising her voice like a 5 year old.

No ranch on the cheese bacon ranch fries ordered a grilled chicken on sourdough and it came on a regular bun couldn’t get a medium drink because they were out of medium cups couldn’t get ranch cause they were out!! Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru to get cold food and disappointment!!

Went to the drive thru and tried to order 20 tacos. Was told they’re frozen and can’t order unless it’s in a combo. I asked for 10 and again was told no. Settled for 4 tacos and 2/3pc eggrolls orders
Understand short staffed but not the taco issue!

Very bad experience people were waiting 45 minutes ,no management on premises one worker dropped food on floor picked it up and did not change her gloves. Was not given a receipt ,got half of our food and was still waiting 30 more minutes for the rest of order this was totally a disaster . No management at all .This joint needs to be closed down.

First time stopping at a jack in the box and I have to say I was pretty impressed. The menu had a little bit of everything and was hard to pick, which isn’t a bad thing! I got the chicken wings and some kind of fried mini tacos. We will definitely be stopping back by!
