I got two Oreo milkshakes they were really good. The drive thru staff was very nice for it being almost 1 am. Rare for 24 hour fast food joint, usually the staff is really rude ready to go home. Drive thru wasn’t a long wait at all. I also really want to add I like they have the big thick milkshake straws

The location itself is terrible. The menu prices are not what you pay. Ordered a combo that stated it was 11.29 for the meal and .50 to upgrade to a large. I was charged 11.79 and .59. the gentleman who took my order stated there was nothing he could do. He may have been newer but you absolutely could have corrected the price. Someone needs to update the menu!
Other issue is they don’t allow dine in. Why have it then? I wanted to eat there. No signs posted anywhere stating dining area is closed. Another terrible business practice to force customers to a drive thru.

When I first walked in I was greeted. That means so much. The order process was fast and the food was ready in 5 minutes. The food was fresh and hot. I would never eat spicy food but I have to say the spicy chicken breakfast sandwich was not as spicy, that’s a plus for me. The hash brown was good without ketchup. It was all very delicious.

The service was quick, however; this location did not have the cookies n cream milkshake. I literally got in line for that. Then you are trapped in the drive thru bc it’s closed in. You are forced to buy something or waste your time just waiting to get out. The vanilla milkshake I received was the consistency of just plain milk and the small curly fry was extremely small for almost $4. Do better

On Sunday, October 19th 2025 around 12:30 pm, I visited this Jack in the Box location to order breakfast sandwiches via the drive-thru.
The experience began poorly when the employee taking our order at the drive-thru struggled significantly to comprehend our simple request, forcing us to abandon the line and go inside to complete the order. Upon receiving the food, the order was incorrect. We were promptly refunded, and we attempted to place the correct order again.
However, the gentleman who had been working the drive-thru—and who appeared impaired, with visibly bloodshot eyes—failed entirely to process the new order or take any steps to make the situation right. He demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and customer care. Due to the complete breakdown in communication and the employee’s apparent condition, we left without the correct food, which is unacceptable service for a basic fast-food transaction.
Beyond the failures in service, the facility itself was in a highly unsatisfactory condition. The interior of the store was dirty, and the exterior premises were trashy and unkempt. The overall lack of cleanliness raised serious concerns about food preparation and general health standards.
Given the combination of poor hygiene standards and the failure of multiple staff members to provide functional service, I will not be returning to this location. I strongly urge management to address both the maintenance of the premises and the professionalism of their staff immediately.

Would give it a zero stars if possible. Sat in line – one car in front of us, but no one came on the microphone until the other car had ordered, received order, and driven away- only to be told the mozzarella sticks – on the menu- were a “limited time offer.” Ok, I’ll take a teyaki bowl. Told “ok, but we don’t have forks.”

Service was so slow 20mim waiting for cheese burger,chicken sandwich, 5 orders of tacos. They made my sandwiches first don’t know why because it took them 10 mins to make tacos now sandwiches are cold the French fries are horrible. The two people they had working that day really didn’t want to be there and they showed it. Jack in the box this place is a joke! Ps it wasn’t busy at all.

I miss this chain of fast food. Being able to grab breakfast or lunch at anytime was always great.
