In town for one night and missing JIB (I’m from the west coast originally) so I ordered from UberEats. The printed ticket is attached and correct, but the order was a disgrace. All 4 Tacos had no sauce instead of no cheese. No sauce included for the chicken nuggets. No ketchup for the fries. No napkins. The ultimate cheeseburger was made wrong.

When I worked at Jack in the Box we had standards for food quality and order accuracy – this location failed every one of them. Get your act together.

This is now the second jack in the box in a completely different state that I’ve gone to where it’s taken over 20 minutes to receive my food. The store isn’t rushed or busy at all. Why doesn’t take over 20 minutes for my order. The workers walk at their own pace and don’t care about convenience or “fast food”. The slowest food chain I have ever been to. Would not recommend. The staff prefer to talk shop and have a friends get together rather than doing their jobs. Very disappointing considering I’m from Canada for the food and figured to give it a second try because the first location could have been having a tough day. Just sad and embarrassing.

Today I visited Jack in the Box and had an extremely disappointing experience. After receiving our food, my son noticed a large black curly hair inside his burger.
I went inside to return the burger. While standing at the end of the counter holding the contaminated food, multiple employees walked past me at least four times, and no one acknowledged or assisted me. I eventually said out loud, “This is unbelievable,” and left the building.
I then went through the drive-thru and explained the situation. I was told there was nothing they could do from the drive-thru and that I needed to come back inside. I explained that I had already been inside and was ignored. I was then told I could not remain in the drive-thru.
Once back inside, a male employee began remaking the order but ignored the instructions that were clearly explained to him. I repeated how the meal should be prepared, and he did not respond. When the food was finished, he placed it on the counter and walked away. I said “Thank you” and was again ignored.
This entire situation reflects poor food safety, lack of communication, and unacceptable customer service. I am requesting to be contacted by a store manager or district manager regarding this incident.
If I do not receive contact within 7 days, I will escalate this matter to Jack in the Box corporate headquarters:

I am requesting a refund and an explanation of how this situation will be addressed. Experiences like this are exactly why more people are choosing to grocery shop instead of eating at fast-food restaurants.

Spent quite some time here I wanna say about an hour just ordering food and getting through the drive-through twice did not receive any napkins in my bag any sauce any utensils? I ordered two sprites with light ice my cup was full of ice. It is now 11:30 at night I’m not going to sit here and drink a full cup of soda so basically the rest will be full of water due to me having to put it in the fridge. What a waste of time and money. please do not come here!!!

I really hate that it doesn’t matter which jack in the box I go to, they either mess up my order or they are rude or thoughtless about how they respond to a customer issue.

One time I went there and they ran out of ice cream for my milkshake, and the guy handed it to me half full, no whip, and told me that they ran out. Didn’t offer anything else. And I paid an uncharged for it.

Another incident; I ordered a milk tea with boba, the person at the register handed it to me, no boba. Then proceeded to argue with me that this is what I ordered, and I told her to look at the ticket that it clearly says I want boba in it. She got an attitude with me. Then remade the drink with the boba and handed me a regular straw. I ask her do you have any more of the boba straws and she rudely told me that they were out. I was so annoyed by how she reacted but I remembered I had extra boba straws coincidentally in my car. So I just smiled and said thank you and drove off.

There’s other incidents that I don’t want to really go over but think I’ve been there. A total of maybe 5 or 6 times at this location and a couple of others. But this one is one of the worst, when it comes to consistently messing up my order and giving me a very disgusting display of attitude with it. The only reason why I tried to give them grace is because I have been in the food industry for over twelve years and I understand how stressful it could be, and it’s one of the few places I can eat my specific cravings for breakfast food late at night that’s not expensive, and I am a picky eater that’s constantly on the road. So I don’t really have time to sit and cook often and I appreciate the convenience. It’s not always a bad but it’s bad enough to warrant less than three stars.

About an hr ago, reported this location to the food safety department. Should’ve just went back through drive to get my money back, had a bad feeling about the people working here tonight. They took a strangely long time to make the burger that I ordered, which I was the only person there and after they finally brought it out it to me it was greenish looking and seemed like weird texture also. Never planning to go back to this location.

DO NOT EVER COME HERE. Every time I come here it is the laziest, most garbage staff ever, horrible service, order wrong EVERY time, and will have you waiting for 20+ minutes JUST FOR THE SANDWICH, NOT EVEN THE COMBO.. This whole establishment is TRASH

WORST OF THE WORST PLACE!!!!!! ordered food myself in-store device and mistake ordering 2 tacos sandwich and fountain drink. could not modify orders and forced to take what I don’t wanna. employees are slackers!!! ignored you, act they careless, they don’t give a crap for customer service. not mention dirty restaurant is. Worst customer service ever. Went through the drive thru and the car in front of us waited 15 minutes before anybody took their order. Huge line formed while waiting. The woman taking our order was the rudest individual and definitely could not understand how to take an order. Added 3 extra hamburgers onto our meal and then went off on us for their fault. Manager finally fixed the problem. Terrible service.

My family and I went to Jack in the box after a long day of being on an airplane. We get to the restaurant and go through the drive through and every time after we said an order, or example “can I get a number 2 with fries” the lady would say “what’s your side” after we JUST said it. This happened throughout the entire time we ordered our food. Idk what she was doing while we were ordering but she wasn’t paying attention. We ordered several things (food and drink wise) and they didn’t have anymore of the items we ordered. This was disappointing because we don’t have a jack in the box on our city and it’s over an hour drive to get to this one so we were bummed when we couldn’t get what we ordered. The curly fries were fresh but the regular fries were cold.
