When I worked at Jack in the Box we had standards for food quality and order accuracy – this location failed every one of them. Get your act together.
Today I visited Jack in the Box and had an extremely disappointing experience. After receiving our food, my son noticed a large black curly hair inside his burger.
I went inside to return the burger. While standing at the end of the counter holding the contaminated food, multiple employees walked past me at least four times, and no one acknowledged or assisted me. I eventually said out loud, “This is unbelievable,” and left the building.
I then went through the drive-thru and explained the situation. I was told there was nothing they could do from the drive-thru and that I needed to come back inside. I explained that I had already been inside and was ignored. I was then told I could not remain in the drive-thru.
Once back inside, a male employee began remaking the order but ignored the instructions that were clearly explained to him. I repeated how the meal should be prepared, and he did not respond. When the food was finished, he placed it on the counter and walked away. I said “Thank you” and was again ignored.
This entire situation reflects poor food safety, lack of communication, and unacceptable customer service. I am requesting to be contacted by a store manager or district manager regarding this incident.
If I do not receive contact within 7 days, I will escalate this matter to Jack in the Box corporate headquarters:

I am requesting a refund and an explanation of how this situation will be addressed. Experiences like this are exactly why more people are choosing to grocery shop instead of eating at fast-food restaurants.
I hope this review helps correct the direction this location is going in — because one bad apple spoils the bunch.
One time I went there and they ran out of ice cream for my milkshake, and the guy handed it to me half full, no whip, and told me that they ran out. Didn’t offer anything else. And I paid an uncharged for it.
Another incident; I ordered a milk tea with boba, the person at the register handed it to me, no boba. Then proceeded to argue with me that this is what I ordered, and I told her to look at the ticket that it clearly says I want boba in it. She got an attitude with me. Then remade the drink with the boba and handed me a regular straw. I ask her do you have any more of the boba straws and she rudely told me that they were out. I was so annoyed by how she reacted but I remembered I had extra boba straws coincidentally in my car. So I just smiled and said thank you and drove off.
There’s other incidents that I don’t want to really go over but think I’ve been there. A total of maybe 5 or 6 times at this location and a couple of others. But this one is one of the worst, when it comes to consistently messing up my order and giving me a very disgusting display of attitude with it. The only reason why I tried to give them grace is because I have been in the food industry for over twelve years and I understand how stressful it could be, and it’s one of the few places I can eat my specific cravings for breakfast food late at night that’s not expensive, and I am a picky eater that’s constantly on the road. So I don’t really have time to sit and cook often and I appreciate the convenience. It’s not always a bad but it’s bad enough to warrant less than three stars.
