I ordered a supreme sourdough breakfast sandwich combo. (Sandwich, hashbrown and coffee)
Went home, opened the bag, only to find a bag of fries, and a moldy croissant sandwich.
This is my first time ordering here, and I am baffled and concerned. Apparently, I am not the only one who has received molded food from this establishment. (Based upon a review posted a week ago, showing their molded sandwich)

This is a complaint. So ive been here multiple times in the evening doordashing and to say the least is this. They lock the doors as soon as evening shift starts but that’s not the worst of it. The other day one of them didn’t lock the door I walk in to all the STAFF STANDING THERE SMOKING WEEED WEARING NO GLOVES EITHER. Now this isn’t the first time ive seen them do it several times this place needs a new manager and first shift is almost the same way except they have the decency to all walk.outside an do it in a car

This was an awful experience. Apparently its ok to take a drive thru order of incredible size and keep cars lined up with no way to leave stuck for 30 minutes. When I told the employee she said its fine and there is only 2 of them so its OK.
Im not sure, why there management only has two employees working on a Tuesday at lunch or why they wouldn’t train them on how to manage a drive thru but during that time fulfilling one order they had at least 5 cars leave.
I wont be coming back. Can’t wait for you to have better management or go out of business.

My husband and I were out doing errands and happened to drive by the restaurant, it wasn’t too busy, so I agreed. I’ve never tried Jack in the box restaurant, Boy was I surprised, The Cluck sandwich to me is better than Chick-fla which is surprising to me! My Husband even said the same thing, So without a doubt we will be going back to eat that sandwich again!!!! Can’t wait to try some of the other items on the menu!

This was the first Jack in the Box we had ever eaten at. Our food was good. I would not travel a long distance just to eat there but if it was near by I would eat there again. The service was good. I would recommend this location.

Put in a mobile order and went to pick it up at the window. I didn’t notice when they handed me the bag, but someone had ripped open the bag and eaten half the curly fries. I’ve worked fast food before and know it sucks. This is the second time I’ve been to this store and the first time wasn’t much better. Maybe I got unlucky and caught 2 bad shifts in a row, but my guess is that management isn’t doing their job.
