Came thru here today my first time ever trying jack in the box so im excited…order my food they wait until we pay to tell me they only have spicy chicken for my sandwich “is that ok” So ive paid right ig it would have to be! After sitting at the window for 10 mins i get my sandwich and it is missing things from it cheese bacon and ranch….so im like you know what i was more thirsty than anything let me sip the dr pepper I had to choose bc they were out of sweet tea… and guess what its clear carbonation yuck!!! My curly fries are burnt and so was the 26 dollars I spent on my food!! This was my first and last time eating here!!!!

Staff is absolutely awful and rude every time I go there. They never get anything i order right. No matter how many times I have to repeat my self. Even when I order threw door dash they still manage to get my order wrong. It’s like everytime I go there they are always out of the tacos for some reason. They just do what they want when they want and don’t care about the customers or their jobs and they clearly hate working there. Ive never had to deal with such rude safe on that level. So if you want to be treated like crap and not get what you want to eat then this is the place to go. They sould turn this location to one of those funny rude restaurants where the safe is actually paid to be mean and rude because the people who work here will 100% be amazing at that line of work. If you a want good food and service I suggest going anywhere else. Especially a gas station they have better food and service.

I waited for 2-3 minutes at the speaker. And another 10 minutes at the window before anyone came to address me. When he did, no apologies, no thank you, he just handed it to me and the window closed.
And if that wasn’t bad enough, they got the order wrong, again. It’s one of the worst services I’ve had from them (surprisingly, not the actual worst).

Had a pretty good experience here. The burger was fresh & tasty, though the fries could stand to be more fresh. The service was good. The cashier was pretty friendly and had a smile. I’d eat here again..

The male on drive thru was rude. After each item we’d order he’d continuously say “what else, what else.” He sounded like having a customer was such an inconvenience. And whatever you do don’t order a drink at the window if you forget it because he’ll give you a dumbfounded look followed by a long pause and stare.

Gross food. We spent almost $40 for 3 people to eat. I ordered online for drive-thru pick up and had to wait for 5 minutes before being acknowled. The pictures pretty much sum up what the food was like. There was nasty brown lettuce on the overcooked tacos that did not have any cheese. The grilled cheese wasn’t grilled and was mostly bread. The french toast sticks and mini churros were so overcooked they were too hard to bite into. The breakfast croissants were stale. Drive on.

I give zero stars! My daughter got me something to eat. I open the wrapper and boom HAIR! Then when you call you don’t get an answer just a machine! Plus I am so sick of getting food and it look like this. Like someone smashed it together and didn’t care at all. This is just plain nasty!!!!!!! Don’t waste your money eating here cause they don’t make it right!
