Drove an hour and some change to get there and was not disappointed! We LOVE Jack in the Box and will continue to be, if they don’t change the recipe. Plenty of parking, staff friendly and super quick. A large order as ours only took less than seven minutes from ordering to the table. Food was fresh and tasty, not soggy nor cold. My favorite is the smasher with onion rings… but the small tacos were a great addition today.

We came through the drive-thru. We don’t have a Jack In The Box where we live, so we were glad to finally be in the area. We were greeted with a kind, friendly voice over the speaker. She allowed us to have time and answered our questions. The food was amazing! Super crispy mini tacos, nice cheese pull on the mozzarella sticks, huge juicy burger – the best one my fiance says he’s had in quite some time! The amount of sauces you can choose for dipping is awesome. Overall one of the best drive-thru experiences I’ve had in a very long time. We definitely will be back! Keep doing what you’re doing! Huge shoutout to the kind lady at the window for being such a friendly human.

Arrived to get replacement tacos from different Concord location(missing tacos) when I arrived the MOD (Jhoel) did not recall the situation. Someone from cooperate office suggested I try this location to resolve the issue but nothing resolved. Paid for all my tacos and yet very disappointed with quality of food and service.

First off this is my first time ever having jack in the box but it was amazing from the moment we pulled up I was obsessed with the atmosphere it brings me back to the late 90s early 2000s and I love it I went thru the drive thru and ordered a jack dinner box with a burger and tacos and my partner got the nuggets and fries we also indulged on a boba the food was top tier and fresh so much better then McDonald’s or burger kings day old hockey pucks anyway the tacos are amazing a little greasy but that doesn’t hurt when the food is good I will say they are a bit slow with service but if I get this quality of food every time I’m okay with it the lady that took the orders was very happy and quick and courteous I love my experience here and will be back

The restaurant was very clean and customer service was good. We ordered an array of food since we have never been and we live far away. Our food was fresh and very tasty. I really like the tacos. They’re pretty unique but very good. My son got a breakfast sandwich as well to try the next morning. He said the breakfast is tasty too.

Drive thru is the worst!!!! It’s always empty inside but they make me wait about 5 minutes before they can take my order. Food is delicious, sometimes it’s worth the wait. I rather go somewhere else if I’m in a rush.

Drove 5-1/2 hours to get tacos since this is the closest Jack in the Box to SE Virginia. It was worth the drive. Ate our fill of tacos for lunch and the staff graciously filled out to go order of 60 tacos to take home with us in a cooler with dry ice. Only disappointment was the absence of the monster taco from the menu.

I went to a show at PNC that let out at near midnight. We stopped by the Concord JIAB. Let me tell you, this kid who took our order was TOP NOTCH! Super friendly, got our order perfect. Food was fast and very fresh. Best service Ive ever had at some midnight!

I ate the bacon double smash burger with straight fries. The fries were fresh and hot. The burger looked fantastic and was, but I’m not a fan of the sauce, it’s just to sweet.
Staff was cool and friendly. I only saw two staff and I waited a bit longer than usual. That’s ok cause everything was fresh and hot.
The should really clean up the parking lot as lots of trash was blowing about. If I’m in the area and want a good burger I’ll be back. Good stuff.

The girl working 2/2/26 lacks the ability to think… How did you think it was okay to hand me 5 bags all at once??? She purposely dropped them before I could grab them and nonchalantly said, “Oh… No… Oh… No…” in a monotone voice that told me she couldn’t care less and did it on purpose. Then demanded that I get the bags she just dropped on purpose. I had to awkwardly open the car door careful not to not hit my car door with their window and grab it for her. How about you remake it and hand me my order? Then YOU come get it later? After all, YOU’RE the one that dropped it. Then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to remake it. Only then did she use her mind and handed them to me one by one.
