The ice cream here is so good! I got moose tracks served in a warm fresh waffle cone 🙂
The employees are very nice and they also have great iced lattes and bagels.
People complain about high prices but it costs more than they think to stay in business and have ingredients imported. Im my opinion it’s definitely worth it and I would highly recommend Jack and Charlie’s!!

Fabulous place with great coffee, desserts, muffins, sandwiches, and salmon, bagel , and cream cheese which was great! The music is super cool , and they have outdoor seating to relax.

Fresh made-to-order waffle cones with delicious homemade ice cream flavors. The core is there, but their ice cream isn’t as cold or thick (think premium high butterfat ice creams that are very solid when cold). Additionally, a two scoop (considered a small) on a waffle cone will run you $14 which is steep. It definitely is overpriced, so just be aware that while you won’t be disappointed it isn’t a great bang for your buck. Serving size is also average. That being said, it can’t be lower than a 4 star given that the core of this proposition: delicious tasting ice cream still is solid. Worth trying if you are intrigued by one of their many interesting flavors like the White Bear or Toasted Coconut, both of which I tried and found delicious.

We went here 3x on our week long trip! First time got the acai, yum! Second time ice cream with waffle cones. Perfect. And the last time iced lattes. Very good, loved it!

You can smell it down the street- fresh waffle cone in the air- sometimes a bit of a line but it’s Nantucket so what else is new- it moves fast- they’ve actually got it down pretty well. You tell them what you want. They put it in a cone or a cup. You pay for it. And move on with your life that is now blessed with ice creams- keep it up Jack & Charlie’s!

Loved the toasted coconut and black cherry ice cream. Waffle cone was tasty and fresh. Convenient to downtown, near the ferry terminals. Two scoops in a waffle cone was $16.36 before tip, but it was very good.

Wonderful yoghurt parfait with an iced coffee. Fantastic spot to sit for a post run breakfast. Coming back later for an icecream. Choices are out of this world. It’s a must

Today I went to Jack and Charlie’s in search of the islands best breakfast sandwich—and I found just that. Jack and the staff are exceptional at what they do and you really can tell they put a lot into it. I also tried the new matcha drink that Jack whipped up for me—also another knock out. The ice cream is also next level, the creamiest on the island. It’s pretty nice being able to go to an ice cream shop where you’re handled on all fronts no matter what it is that you like-savory or sweet they got it. Looking forward to heading back soon.

We asked around where to get a coffee and ice cream – the majority said Jack &
Charlie’s. The coffee was very smooth and robust just what we wanted. The ice cream
was YUM, we had Peanut Butter Pie and Rum Raisin, so creamy and delicious. I
ordered the home made gluten free waffle cone because I had never seen that offering
before and I happen to catch it while they were making them hot right off the press.
The pumpkin bread was coming out of the oven so I tired that too, another hit! We
heard they make the best egg sandwiches made to order so we are going back in the
morning to try that! Personable staff, fast and friendly!
