Our server was the best server I’ve ever had and made fantastic recommendations. He was a larger man and had lots of charm and charisma and made an already superb dining experience even better.
The ambiance in this place is amazing. The music, dim lighting and quiet atmosphere sets the tone for a lovely evening out. Our food was perfect and our drinks were fantastic as well! Really appreciated the “bossman” presentation!
If you’re staying at Paris or Horseshoe this is definitely the best on the property and must check it out!
The menu hits every note you want from a true steakhouse. The steaks were perfectly seasoned, cooked with the kind of confidence that says, “We’ve been doing this a long time, and we know exactly what we’re doing.” The garlic mushrooms were hands-down the best we’ve ever had—rich, buttery, and the perfect partner to the main event. Even the cheesecake impressed, wonderfully smooth and flavorful, and blessedly served with one of those little sugar playing card toppers.
Their drink and cocktail menu is equally worthy of applause, especially the smoked old fashioned, which might be the most impressive in town—aromatic oak smoke, beautifully balanced, and presented with just enough flair to make you grin. The specials that night were also fantastic, offering great value without compromising quality.
And a special shoutout to our server, David, who truly elevated the night. He was attentive without hovering, personable without being pushy, and his thoughtful touches made the entire experience feel special. His timing, suggestions, and genuine warmth were the kind of service you hope for but rarely get.
In short, Jack Binion’s Steak House is the perfect blend of old-school Vegas character and modern culinary excellence. We’ll absolutely be back—and we’ll be asking for David.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the seafood tower—it wasn’t as fresh as I expected, especially given the reputation of the restaurant. One of my friends ordered a medium Wagyu steak, but unfortunately it came out well-done. The rest of the dishes were good, and another friend really enjoyed his steak, but overall the food didn’t completely live up to our expectations.
The service, on the other hand, was superb. The staff were attentive and friendly, and they created a great dining experience even though the food itself wasn’t the best that night.
This time dining alone option is the case. So, settling at the bar and watching the Winter Olympics is the choice.
The menu is big enough to satisfy most tastes and preferences of the Steakhouse customers.
Shooting for a moderate dinner. Just a salad and main-course.
The two bartenders, Laurell and Taylor, were super helpful with navigating through the menu choices. So I settled on the wedge salad and the braised short rib with a side of crispy Brussel sprouts.
The salad had a very light and delicious blue cheese dressing. That disappeared in a hurry ( the man was hungry).
The Braised Short Rib was lean and soft with tons of flavor, and combined with , probably, sautéed Brussel sprouts, made the best main course combination. Accompanied by a Blanton Bourbon, the experience was complete.
The Atmosphere of the place is quiet and comfortable for a big name Steakhouse.
Most definitely will be back and friends for more pleasant dinner experience. Cheers
Food was great!
We had a Ribeye, Filet, an old fashioned, espresso martini, another fruity vodka drink, a glass of red wine, baked potato, asparagus, and French onion soup and the total was $426.
Prices were high.
The potato comes with a “shooter flight” of toppings that you can ad as you wish to the potato.
Meal was yummy. Steaks were cooked perfect to temperature requested.
Not a big dessert person but so happy we ordered this moist not overly sweet soft cake with just the right amount of tart!
If you’re craving a classic Vegas indulgence, Jack Binion’s Steakhouse at Horseshoe Las Vegas has just raised the bar with their All-You-Can-Eat Prime Rib special — and it’s nothing short of spectacular.
From the moment you walk into the warm, vintage-inspired dining room, you’re greeted with top-tier hospitality and a vibe that channels old-school Vegas charm. The prime rib is served in generous 10oz cuts, perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with rich, beefy flavor. Each plate comes with a baked potato and all the classic fixings, making every bite feel like a celebration.
At just $49.99, this AYCE experience is an unbeatable value, especially considering the quality of the meat and the upscale ambiance. And if you’re feeling nostalgic, their $7.77 featured specials — including shrimp cocktail, steak sliders, and a vodka martini — are a fun nod to Vegas history.
Whether you’re a local or visiting the Strip, this is a must-try for any steakhouse enthusiast. Come hungry, leave happy, and prepare to make this your new go-to spot for prime rib perfection.
The service is fine upfront. The bar team was very friendly when I interact with them but the attention falls off. They’re busy so I’ll let that slide but they also fraternize a lot with each other rather than the guests. The Martini was cold and dry so that’s the good and the team is co and interactive.
Now onto the bad.
I tried the $49.99 AYCE Prime Rib. I know. I know. Had to give it a try. Terrible does not do it justice. I asked for rare but was told medium rare was as low they can go. I see why. The cut is small which is fine but the quality is low. It was chewy and very salty. Not just the salted edge. There was salt added to the meat which you could see. Gross.
I’m getting a little ahead of myself. I started with the $7.77 wedge. You can see by this picture the iceberg is wilted and brown. It’s small but again that’s for the price.
The AYCE came with a baked potato. Winning! This was good.
The bar is lively and packed as is the restaurant. TVs in the bar show the games so it’s a nice place to escape the Sports Bar and grab a cocktail.
Would I come back?
Yes, but only for the $7.77 Martini.
The regularly priced Prime Rib may be a better quality meat but I’m not going to find out. Good luck.
