The service was terrible. We went here for my birthday. April 14 th. Not busy at all. My husband gets his meal, mi e comes 10 minutes later. Waiter was not attentive at all. Terrible! Was so disappointed.

Baker’s Water Street used to be better, the “new” tiki bar is nice, however the service and food have become horrible. The majority of the staff have zero experience waiting tables, the orders are frequently wrong. Apparently the kitchen also has no experience as a medium rare burger comes out blue and falling a part because it barely touched the grill. There was also over an hour wait even though there were over 20 empty tables, because the kitchen couldn’t keep up. It’s too bad because there are very few restaurants on the water in the area, this is one we won’t bother going back to.

Horrible Service. This place has the location, has pretty decent food, but the service is horrible. I went to dinner Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend and it seemed like they had only one waitress for the whole outdoor seating area. Numerous times, I had to go inside and find someone to take my order or get my food for me. I would go back to this place in an instant, but really don’t want to because I don’t want to spend another 1.45 minutes on dinner. Everyone in the tables around us were annoyed, too.

It is fun to be able to pull a boat up and dock to eat. The place is nice and clean and service is always great. I do find the food a little pricey and while they do have decent menu selections I would like to see more healthy options. I have attended private parties here and they do an amazing job.

I will never be coming here again!! My boyfriend and I wanted to go somewhere nice to celebrate our two year anniversary. The French onion soup was subpar. I ordered the sirloin which came with garlic mashed potatoes and panko crusted asparagus. The steak was a nice cut but had no flavor whatsoever. The mashed potato had a huge piece of raw potato in it. The asparagus was not only not cooked but wasn’t even cut properly!! It was so crusted in panko it was inedible. My boyfriend decided to get the almond crusted apricot chicken. It comes with rice and veggies. The chicken tasted like chicken fingers, with apricot jelly. The rice was overdone with garlic as was the veggies. All in all, this was the worst, over priced meal I’ve ever had. If that was not enough, the staff were walking around, staring at our meals and taking notes!! Will not recommend will not be back.
