Super disappointed today I’ve been going too Jac & Dos since they open when I’m in Kenton it’s one of my favorite places too get wings when I ordered I ask for 12 bone in garlic Parmesan wings everything was smooth they got too my hotel fairly quickly that’s where I knew it was too good too true the brought me sauceless wings I was thinking no big deal I’ll just call and get them fixed so I did and was told that I was wrong and that the wings in front of me where tossed I the sauce personally by Jen we went back and forth and came up with the resolution that she had too do a delivery somewhere then she would make this right a hour later I hear a knock and it’s Jen bringing me sauce for my now cold wings all I wanted was what I ask for and got called a liar instead so too defend my case here is a picture of the plain wings

We were in a baseball tourney in the Kenton area and stooped in during a game layover. The service, AMAZING! The food, AMAZING! Would absolutely rec this place. Cannot believe it only has a 3.7 rating currently! Thanks Jac and Dos! We are now fueled up and ready to win the championship! I ordered a blt sub and the bacon isn’t real bacon. It’s bacon bits and it’s almost all fatty. I asked for extra crispy and all I got was fatty bacon and the sub was not worth 9.50 at all. 3 slices of tomato, light lettuce? And bacon bits? Come on.

Never dined-in here, but I get deliveries all the time! They ALWAYS hook it up on the amount of chow you get and they’re almost always faster at delivery than expected. I friggin’ love this place!!

Made an online order, ordered a pizza and a 10 oz Pretzel. Told me a time to pick it up. Showed up on time, was told it would be another 10 minutes. Multiple people waiting on their orders. Young kid behind the counter comes out and tells me they were out of the big Pretzels and would I take pretzel sticks? Sure…but the price I had already paid for the big pretzel is more than the pretzel sticks. When they finally bring my food, I went to ask the kid shouldn’t I get some money back? He answers the phone and completely ignores me. Not good service. Not well ran. Edit: got home and the beer cheese for the pretzels is ice cold. I only eat here maybe once a year and there’s a reason for that!

Ok for starters we got a pizza a year ago and it was not good at all said I would never go back.. so today people talking about thier wing special so I thought I would try. All I can say is this place is our go-to for nights that we don’t feel like cooking. I’m a cauliflower crust guy, and any time they screw up, they promptly make up for it and usually even more. They are definitely following the customer service way of doing business
