My first and last time visiting this location! Not because the food wasn’t good(it was delicious) but because the dark skin girl at the counter was extremely rude to people on the phone, me, and the people after me. When I went into the office the next day and was telling coworkers about it, they started that’s why they don’t go anymore. Whoever the owner is, need to do something about her ASAP.

Visited for the first time today! Glad I did! I have been looking for some fantastic wings with plenty of flavor options and when I tell you they have options, they have options! I got a 15 piece with the West Side Fire sauce!! Absolutely freaking amazing!! Wings were cooked perfectly and still hot when I got them home, sauce has a great and the hear level is not ofer the top!! I asked for my sauce in the side as well as extra sauce because I like to really drench em in a good sauce while sitting down with a cold beer and some Alabama football!! I wish their sauce cups were a little bigger but I made it stretch!! I am already wanting more and I just left there about an hour and a half ago!! Next time I am gonna try the TNT sauce!!

Was really excited about trying this place after hearing about it over the past few years. If you weren’t paying attention you would never even notice the building.
Now on to the food. The wings. I orders 10 piece combo half lemon pepper half honey hot. I wanted to try the honey hot because it was recommended in another review.
First the positive: There was some good flavors in the wings. Yep that’s it. Oh fries were decent. They were kind of soggy and not crispy at all.
The negative:
Service was bland. Lady at the front seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Which I usually aren’t too bothered by but combined with equally bad food, not a good first impression. I’m from Bessemer so I really wanted to give it more than 1 star but when you cant even finish the food, hard to give anything higher than 1 star.
As you can see from the picture, 1 of the wings still had it’s wings, literally. That should have been enough toss the meal but I really wanted to try the food. Lemon pepper had decent flavor but there wasn’t enough lemon pepper. I then tried a bite of the honey hot and while the flavor was good the wing had a real off taste to it. I knew that if I continued my stomach was gonna regret it. Those few bites of wings I tried had me feeling a little off.
I don’t know if they were having a bad day but if this is the norm I’m struggling to see how they are even still in business. Bessemer deserves better wings.

EXTREMELY pleasant experience! Lovely personality from the guy who took my order I wish I got his name. He was so patient and knowledgeable. He guided me through ordering and never rushed me so this experience stood out to me (I even asked for him at the window when I paid just so I could meet him. He had facial piercings). My food is always great when I come here. Always fresh/cooked to order. 10/10 give this place a try!

My family was in town for the weekend and found this spot near our hotel. They were pretty busy at the time we arrived. Even with the crowd, the food was prepared fairly fast, and the food was fresh. There are a lot of options to choose from on the menu. The prices were great, as was the amount of food you get for the price; I was pleased. I ordered the 6pc wet Cajun ranch wings with 1pc cash fish. The flavor of the wings was mid, and the fish was swai/basa, not actually catfish. It was fried hard, which wasn’t too bad, and seasoned well. The fries were good. I also ordered a large side salad. I enjoyed what came in it: pickles, tomatoes, cheese, and I had to put my onions on the side. The lettuce could have been a bit more crisp, but overall it was good.

They guy In the back was great prepared my food just like I ordered. But the lil girl at the counter has the nasties attitude, no customer service at all.ans when spending my money treat me with the respect I give. If the customer service step it up yal would be the epitome of lunch convenience

Amazing Cajun ranch fries with a side of disdain and cold judgement. Tell them early if you want boneless, or God help you. The sauce they give you is what you want, if it’s what you ordered or not. No, you don’t get extra. You get what you deserve. 5 stars.

I received my food and it just wasn’t up to par… my chicken was done but tasted like it was heading out of date it didn’t smell fresh and my sensitive stomach started feeling funny…. Food was said to be cooked to order, but my food was ready as I came out the bathroom to grab my cup and get my drink which was in a less than 6 minute time frame…. Ain’t no way….. never again!!!!

Was there today food was ok but the customer service from the cashier was not professional in no way shape or form or fashion i handed her my money for payment she threw my change back at me on the counter instead of handing it to me in my hand as i did for her and not to mention it was cold outside on this day but it was much colder in that place to the point where my feet and hands was dam near frozen that we had to leave in the middle of dining in to get warm so go there at your on risk that was my first and last time spending my money or poor service
