We went in for a retirement party. There was a party on the other side of the wall and when the bartender finally came over we were told that there was an hour wait on food. When we told her we would like the table cleaned off she sounded exasperated. It took her 15 minutes to come and take our drink order. And another 30 to finally get the drinks. And then halfway through taking the drink order of some additional people that showed up said that she needed to go get food because her food was up and couldn’t finish getting the order. Very not impressed

Super super slow service. …. Overworked waitresses ran past a lot…had to catch them to hear apologies that our simple burgers were behind some steaks. It wasn’t even packed.

I went here to get a beer, the sign said open, but the doors were locked and there were people inside, behind the bar. Thankfully Elmerz is across the street. They had their doors unlocked. Try actually opening to the public. You can get a better profit that way.
