We went there to catch up on a Friday night. She recommended this place it was my first time attending. It was packed and there was Karoke going on and it was a good vibe. The bartender was great and very pleasant. Drinks were made good and quick. There weird smell from the kitchen, so we did not eat anything. The pricing wasn’t too bad.

Absolutely 5 stars In Smyrna! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was delicious and cooked perfectly. You can really tell they care about quality and customer experience.

We had such a great experience thanks to the Jaquia who took and served us our order. She was so funny, warm, and genuinely pleasant, and her energy made the whole visit better. Her personality really stood out, she made us laugh and feel welcomed the entire time we waited for our to go order. Service like that is rare and truly appreciated. Please give her the recognition she deserves!

Wow, I’m not sure where to begin! Jaquia was amazing, she was kind and patient as I asked her many questions. She gave the best advice for food and took no time to bring any item back that we asked for. Now let me tell you all this if you haven’t had their coleslaw and those little bitty cups, you’re missing out I believe I took down three or four coleslaw cups. It’s so good. The wings and fries are so fresh and good. My mom even tried the sweet potato tots and they were great. I usually only come for karaoke night, but I’ll be back over and over again just to eat and bring my family. Thank y’all so much.
P.S. The music is a vibe, all different types of music, R&B, rap, and a little bit of oldies and goodies too!

The place was clean, all staff was friendly, wasn’t crowded at 3:30pm. Bit chilly with all the fans on and it being 45 outside but the atmosphere was good. I love their wings but I tried a hamburger and sweet potato fries this time and they were excellent! The server was kind and came to check on us a few times. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to going back.

I’ve been coming to this location for years, so this is really disappointing to write.
I’m fully aware of the automatic 20% gratuity for dine-in, which I don’t mind when the service and experience match it. Unfortunately, my visit last night fell far short of that.
I did not receive the food I originally ordered, and when it was corrected, the portion size was noticeably smaller than what is normally served. On top of that, I was overcharged for my drink, and when I asked for the charge to be corrected, an additional service charge was added instead, which made the situation even more frustrating.
I previously brought similar concerns to management during a past visit, but it doesn’t feel like anything was actually addressed. As a long-time customer, this experience made me feel taken advantage of rather than valued.
The automatic gratuity simply isn’t worth it if the service, accuracy, and accountability aren’t there. Sadly, this visit has made me question whether I’ll return.

This JR crickets location is great. It’s very nice, clean and enjoyable atmosphere to eat in. Our waiter Jaquia, was amazing. She was very kind and helpful with making the best food choices! The food came out fresh and very delicious. This was my first time at this location but it will not be my last!!

DONT ORDER TAKE OUT FROM HERE!!!! 3rd time order not ready when promised. This place has gone DOWN. I knew something was going to be wrong when I arrived the cook was at the cashier station taking an order which took him forever to complete on computer. Gave my name for pickup order & it took 30 min to arrive (place was not busy at all). I arrived 3 min before my promised arrival time & had to wait for my food. After 30 min I walked back to cashier & she asked me “are you here to place an order or pickup”? I said I’m waiting on my order that was promised 30 min ago i just talked to you. She replied “I dont remember you know how many people I see a day”. I replied well thats the problem because I’ve been sitting in your face waiting. I told her my food suppose to been ready 30 min ago. She said no one told u that. I said the email did & I showed her, she didnt want to look so I showed everyone in line. I told her this always happens she said why come back. I explained I just move back to GA was giving yall a chance but 3 strikes you’re out! Drinks in bottles no more fountain drinks, fries changed, food in plastic containers. This location is trash, the servers & the cooks. My food order was wrong I just took it! I wasnt sending my food back with them. I can bet they wont be there in 2 years.
