I haven’t been here in a while, but I stopped by today and I’m really glad I did. The wings were really good, the fries were on point, and the food overall was amazing.
I also had an alcoholic drink made by T, and she absolutely killed it. Amazing energy, top-tier service, super attentive, and she clearly knows her craft. She made the whole experience even better and is a big reason I’ll be back.
If you’re in Hampton, this spot is a must. The food is solid, the service is great, and they still have some of the best wings around. Definitely worth stopping by!!!

I’m currently waiting at the counter for my food . They have a bar and a Long Island special so I figured why not grab a drink while I wait . You know … support black business . I had my reservations since all the bottles were covered with the bottle covers and the bottles look like they haven’t been wiped down since they were purchased . Fast forward to the cocktail… the server / bartender seemed displeased from Jump when I ordered it .. my bad , why did you even decide to clock in today ? The drink was made incorrect . 1/2 vodka , 1/2 gin, 1/2rum, 1/2 tequila , 1/2 triple sec , 1/2 apple pucker . Yea .. that’s not a Long Island . I’ve been bartending for 10+ years . I asked if it was sour mix and she lied and said yes. Then proceeded to ask me if I could taste the alcohol in my drink as if that was suppose to make things better . Like what is wrong with customer service on the southside and training employees effectively ? It’s truly sad .

I ordered what supposed to have been chicken and waffles through Uber Eats. They told the driver they no longer have a waffle machine and the wings were ridiculous. Why advertise that you sell chicken and waffles and you don’t offer waffles any longer. Totally wasted my money.

I order he seafood basket and substituted coleslaw with French fries. The meal was 18$ and I gave a $3 tip and received 1 catfish fillet, 5 fried shrimp and 1 coleslaw. Today will be the last day that I give a carryout tip. Not worth running it back with this place.

We placed an order on Uber Eats and was able to be very specific about what kind of wings we wanted! Why on earth would the order come here without providing what was specified!! You can see on the receipt that we specifically requested “All Flats” on all of the items and were charged for it!! However, as you can see from the photos provided, “drums” everywhere!! This was not the first time that this has happened might I add!! First there are a few things that need to be addressed!! Why offer something if you don’t have it? Also, why charge me for it and you can’t provide it which means you are not honest! How it is that you expect to stay in business if you can provide good service/or food request that you specialize in? Let me be very clear, word of mouth is very powerful!! I am determined to advised everyone to proceed with caution when it comes to dealing with most restaurants here in Lovejoy!! It appears that no matter how much we try to support our local restaurants here in this area, they continue to provide poor service as well as Customer Service to their Customers!! Something has to be done immediately!! We may need to call to action “boycotting” all restaurants within Lovejoy and proceed to support other surrounding cities and counties that are willing to provide excellent Customer Service!! Pretty soon we will not have to wonder why our area has low support for restaurants in the area!!
