I’ve just had the best Pignoli cookie made and it’s from this bakery. A coworker brought in a box of varied cookies and I sampled one. Wow!!

I’m a fan of French style Macarons made with almond flour but the sticker price prevents me from buying them often. This cookie has the perfect texture similar to a Macaron without the expensive price.

I live local and really wanted to get my mom who lives in Virginia a birthday cake. Everyone recommended here. I went and got 2 chocolate cakes and she asked if I wanted it to say anything , what I wanted it to say and what color. I said happy birthday in pink. No big deal, something simple and everyone does. I did not look at the cake because I figured it was a pretty basic thing and she originally asked me if I wanted to write something. I don’t know how she thought this was acceptable? You can’t even read what it says, and it is obviously very sloppy. It is embarrassing to bring someone a cake and it looks like this. To add to it, it wasn’t even one of the cakes. It was both of them. I will definitely not buy any kind of cake from here again, and if you are going to buy a cake, make sure you look at it before you leave the store. The only thing that saved this from being a 1 is that at least the cake
Tasted like it was suppose to , a double chocolate cake. Very embarrassing.

I absolutely love J&M bakery in Middletown, NJ! Their pastries are unmatched, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for baked goods. While I have respect for other local shops, J&M’s pastries, especially the lobster tails, are to die for. The filling is divine, and you won’t be disappointed. They are definitely a staple for my family on Sunday. And J&M’s commitment to traditional Italian recipes and high-quality ingredients shines through in every bite. If you’re in the area, make sure to stop by and taste the difference for yourself. J&M bakery is a true gem!

Ordered a cake for a special occasion. The staff couldn’t have been nicer helping me place the order and make suggestions. The cake was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious. All the guests were asking where it was from because it was so good ! Highly recommend!

For my husbands 69th birthday party , I wanted to order his FAVORITE cake.. Italian cheese cake. It’s hard to find the real deal until Matt at J & M bakery! He customized a 10” cake that served out perfectly to our guests!! IT WAS THE BEST ITALIAN CHEESE CAKE!! Better than Brooklyn.. yeah I said it!! Thank you J & M bakery!!

I remember when J&M opened. My father used to take me there for the Italian pastries which were always the best. I recently got married and had only a couple of weeks to plan the wedding. I ordered a cake for daughter’s wedding reception. The taste and flavor was out of this world. I ordered white cake with fresh strawberries and custard filling. It was fresh, moist, and very tasty. The icing was perfect semi-sweet. Was given a choice how sweet i wanted and every sample of cake I tried was a winner. My family had a hard time choosing what to pick, because all the samples tasted so good! Absolutely the Best! I recommend J&M Bakey. The service was excellent. I also ordered some french macaroons last minute and wedding cookies and they were still able to honor my request. From now on, I will order all my pastry needs from J&M Bakery. Definitely worth it!
