First time here after moving to Richmond in May… in a word: phenomenal! Mark is the cook and also waited on us. He’s friendly, helpful, and obviously loves his work. Best burger and fresh-cut fries ever! 1/2 lb of fresh, hand pattied, locally sourced beef cooked to perfection. We will be back many times!

Was blown away by the quality of the awesome food! I will definitely return for the food, Mark always does a spectacular job as well as mason !!! But however the bartender was as if she had a problem with taking my order . She was very unprofessional and when my phone rang and I ignored the call she rolled her eyes and gently threw her hands up as if I was taking away her precious lounge time. I was greatly disappointed with service but I will always return as long as the food is right ! ! !

We love this place! We don’t live close enough to go often but when we’re craving an amazing burger, we make the drive. The fresh cut fries are absolutely amazing also! Joyce was a great bar tender, as always, we’ll be back again!

Great burgers and fries Our waitress, Boots was also very good. She came by multiple times to see how we were doing and kept our drinks full. It’s the first time I’ve had Dogfish Hazy-O IPA, I’d recommend that too. It’s hard to believe we’ve lived in Richmond for 3 years and we’ve never been here. We’ll be back for sure.

Well we sat at the bar, the bartender seemed as though he really didn’t want to be there and, honestly, rather heavy handed threw the menus in front of us, and backwards too.. seems more comfortable of a place in the dead of winter, a bit too dark inside on a sunny afternoon, almost depressing.. food is good, but could be so much better if the presentation had been improved.. lame .

The food was ok, I had grill cheese and ham, it was a bit too much ham not enough cheese. But it’s bar food, so I don’t judge to much. Now my wife didn’t care for her burger. The French fries were great, the seasoning was kind of bland to be honest.

The people were fine, the bar tender didn’t care enough to ask me if I wanted a drink until 10 minutes after sitting at the bar. The food used to be alright until they had their new staff when my family started getting sick, oh yea! And I got my drink drugged there! The staff didn’t seem to have any concern when I couldn’t walk properly after 1 bottled beer!

The old woman who works evenings (was there night of 7/13) is absolutely insufferable. She acts so inconvenienced by your presence & inconvenienced to serve you. I’ve been going here for a couple years and honestly it’s only getting worse & remains unchecked. She publicly belittles you in front of other customers. I won’t be returning and also won’t recommend this establishment to anyone.
