Carolina Blue never disappoints! The peach-smoked ribs were absolutely amazing — tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with that hint of sweetness from the peach smoke. The mac and cheese was creamy, rich, and the perfect comfort-food side. Excellent meal all around. Highly recommend!

I first found out about this restaurant when they came to my college for an event. At first, I thought the food truck was just, well, a food truck. That was until I asked one of the staff members if they had an actual restaurant and to my amazement, the answer was yes.
I’ve been devouring their mac & cheese since the day I found out they had a cute little building on lambs Road in Pittman. Whether I’m ordering off of DoorDash or going into the restaurant, the service is always amazing. It’s a bit loud in there, but you can still hear yourself talk. The staff there are very sweet.
Let’s talk about the food.
I have never sunk my teeth into mac & cheese so delicious until I sank my teeth into Carolina blues delicious, scrumptious, creamy, tasty, spectacular, wonderful, mac & cheese and pulled pork. Now, to be clear. You don’t get mac & cheese and pull pork as a menu option. You get something called the barbecue parfait. Upon selecting the barbecue parfait item, you get the base of mac & cheese which is oh so tasty, and the option of pulled pork. This is what I get most of the time. Every now and then, I’ll grab some mashed potatoes, onion rings, flatbread, etc.
Each time I take the lid off, and the smell of the food hits my nose, my stomach starts speaking to me. It says
“hey, get that in here now!”
Even my dog has trouble resisting. If she could only eat mac & cheese and pulled pork, I’d make her a plate. Unfortunately, she has to sit there in disappointment as I devour it.
You would think you only could have one. No! Absolutely not!
You can’t have just one! You have to have to. And after you have to, you’ve got to have more.
Five out of five stars. 100% would absolutely recommend.

Was seated right away but then had over a 30 minute wait for a burger and some ribs. Service was very slow considering the place was less than half full. Cost $61 as they charge for every little additional item. Overall the food was good but definitely not worth going out of your way to go to this place. Many other options that are better food wise and a lot more places where your money will go further. I won’t be coming here again and if you haven’t been here before save your time and money and don’t come either.

Came on a Saturday late night and Laura was wonderful and quick. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the smoke house burger with old bay fries. I everything was fantastic with quick service!

My friend Brenda and I had the most fantastic dinner in a long time we had the crabcakes. They were filled with crab meat and they were so delicious. I had to mashed potatoes with asparagus with it and she had french fries for her mash with asparagus. We both had a glass of wine, some sodas appetizers we had shrimp dip, and peel and eat shrimp. believe me everything was fantastic. The shrimp I had were jumbo size well worth the price some of you will look at some bad reviews, but I’m telling you they really stepped up their game for all that we had it only came to it $129 for the two of us. I’m telling you this place was fantastic. I’ll go there anytime it was nicely decorated the servers were on point and very nice like I said the meal there was delicious and it never disappointed me. Give this place another try or better yet just go there. You’ll see what I’m talking about.

Haven’t been here in years so I stopped for a quick lunch with my daughter & def did not disappoint. She had Mac & cheese topped with pulled pork/brisket which was amazing. Also ordered the chicken sliders and old bay fries with cheese sauce. The sliders were great but the fries had a bit of an overwhelming taste of cinnamon almost. The cheese sauce was good also but unfortunately, we didn’t really eat the fries due to the seasoning. Service was great and timely, will def return soon.

We had made reservations so we were seated right away. Everyone was extremely friendly from the hostess to the waitress and fellow patrons. The place was packed however, would you believe that most of the waiters staff, including the hostess were new? The food was very good and worth the trip but the service lacked. We received our she crab soup slightly warm and asked to have it reheated, and she said that it would be hard to fit the bowl into the microwave. The food was served to the table late as everything we received was not hot. Three of us had crab cakes with the asparagus and mashed potatoes. The potatoes wouldn’t even melt the butter. They were tasty, but it was hard to find the waitress to even ask to have our food reheated. She never brought the bread and brought our soups and salads with our meal Was hard to find for refills on our drinks. I have to say we were all satisfied with the taste of our food, but would prefer to have it hot. We were in the restaurant for 2 1/2 hours. There was five of us and they bought four slices of bread and forgot the butter. Took 20 minutes to get butter, we asked for more bread but she said they had to wait till it came out out of the oven, She did bring it, but we were already finished our meal. I don’t know if I’ll go back again and I know she was friendly & probably new, maybe her first day.

Carolina Blue is a local favorite! The mac and cheese with pulled pork is a must get. The pulled pork is juicy and the crust on the mac and cheese is perfect. The burgers here are good, but I come for the beef Wellington. The sauce on the Wellington is wonderful. The crème brûlée is my favorite dessert here.

A Great Find!!!! We were craving meat and went to Open Table app to see what was good in the area. So grateful for this suggestion. Evening was Perfect! We ordered the Meat Sampler- filet, sausage, chicken. We got the Goat cheese salad to balance our meal. Everything was fresh and prepared Just right!
The server was prompt, knowledge, helpful, and attentive.
It’s mid January and they still had 4 Christmas trees up- which made it Feel so warm and cozy, in addition to all the other great stuff. We will be back!

We just found our new go to spot for our family! The atmosphere here is so fun and welcoming and we loved the energy of the place from the moment we walked in. The service was absolutely amazing! We came in for dinner and our waitress Mia was a total doll! She was so sweet, great with our kids, made us feel right at home, and her recommendations were spot on! The crab cake sandwich was incredible, and the grasshopper pie was out of this world. So nice to know they make it in house as well! Everything came out quickly, and she was so attentive the whole time. We’ll definitely be coming back and asking for her again!
