J & F is, by far, one of the best pizzerias in the City of Newburgh. It is responsible for the inspiration of the fictional Little Nero’s Pizza for the Home Alone movies. J & F Pizza is also an equivalent to Manhattan’s Ray’s Pizza, which also serves pizzas.

Ordered some pizza and garden salad. The pizza bottom is filled with burned ashes . It seems they are not cleaning the oven . The pizza tastes below average. The staff was really friendly and helpful but the food quality is terrible.

Never consistent. The pizza over cooked burnt bread/crust or soft and soggy. This place used to be a great place to grab pizza but so many new locations have a better consistency in food and quality. Today super bowl Sunday they are closed which is fine its your business but so much missed opportunity. I just bought 300$ worth of wings, pizza and other Italian items. Good luck with the future of J&F you were once the best and will only be remembered as a wonderful past memory.

I’ve been coming to J&F for years and they never disappoint!! The food is delicious, & the girls at the counter are very nice as well as the owners. I’ve been to other pizzerias in the area but not as good. J&F is the best!!!

Sorry! I really didn’t enjoy the slice. Not enough cheese on the pizza. I could only taste the sauce, plus the slice was so small in size.

J&F has delicious food. Their meatballs are homemade and legendary. It is a very laid- back, small, and unassuming place on upper Broadway in Newburgh. Almost all of their business is take out- hot and cold sandwiches ( locally made bread), pizza , soup, and pasta dishes all made on site. Started by 2 brothers (John and Frank) , it has remained in the family for over 50 years. Very friendly people and good food. It’s our go-to place when we need a quick meal.

I ordered a sub from here, it was supposed to be hot. It wasn’t hot at all. Even the meat was cold. The meat was also very salty, as if they picked the cheapest ingredients they could find. J&F has fallen off over the years and it hasn’t been good since the early 2000s. I only opted to eat it since it was offered to me. I tried to warn the person who offered that the food was trash and fell off. Well, they know now after they wasted their money for a cold, salty sub sandwich. Avoid this place like the plague. It’s lost it’s craftsmanship years ago, it’s just another lackluster pizza place in Newburgh like most of them that are around.

Pizza taste great and gave me my order fast. Decent price and super friendly staff. Comfy little mom & pop pizza spot. Canollis, beef Patty’s, and garlic knots could use improvement. Have walked in a few times and they run out of stuff too like midday. But love this place!
