Very mixed feeling about this place. It was my first time there. The environment was very uninviting. The employees on their phones behind the counter, the guy helping us mumbled and you couldn’t understand a word he was saying.
We felt like we were putting them out for being there. On top of that, no music, no real atmosphere. Just echoed and felt lackluster.
Once ordered, I ordered two dogs and on the second they asked what I wanted. I said exactly the same as the first and it was still somehow different.
Now, the dogs and fries were good. I really enjoyed them. But the service and atmosphere made it so I won’t want to return there.

J-Dawgs was an interesting experience as there wasn’t a whole lot to their menu but their menu is more showcased in the toppings of hot dogs.
The hot dogs are fairly large and have solid flavor, for the price it’s understandable and to a degree a desirable price but Costco still beats them in price not quality.
The young man that helped us at the checkout stand was very patient and understanding so it was a pleasant surprise as you could tell that he knew we hadn’t been there before and gave us time to think for a moment of what was what. In addition, he kept us in the loop about when our meal would be ready as they had quite a few customers in the store too before us, amazing customer service… I unfortunately didn’t get his name. The other two associates that were they could work on speaking up and their demeanor (not upset, just helping giving people room to grow).
The only thing that was upsetting about the entire visit was the fries as they were horribly over seasoned which each bite of their fries had a chunk/clump of their mixture of spice, it was a little too much for the senses.
Cleanliness of the restaurant was definitely shown and welcome and the other issue we had was our table it was terribly unstable and was wobbling around and spilling our beverages.
Overall, we liked it but there is room to grow in some areas.

Staff were not friendly and the atmosphere was not inviting. Witnessed several staff members touching their nose, hair and pulling up their pants as they were making food which made my boyfriend and I uncomfortable and honestly disgusted. Hot dogs were lukewarm and did not taste great, making it not worth the $6 you pay per hot dog. Thought there would be more to choose from but we were wrong. Costco has better hotdogs for the price and flavor.

The food was great and the workers looked like they enjoyed their jobs a lot. I think the ones working were a girl named Bree, and a girl named emmi. They both were super nice and were very efficient at their job. Along with that the manager was great, she was helping up front and looked like she genuinely cared for her employees. 10/10 would come back and I hope to come back again soon

Good dining experience here! The polish dog was fantastic and the fries were plentiful. The dog had a great smoked flavor and a bit of spice that I appreciated. The sauerkraut was good on the dog too.

The fries were served so hot that I had a hard time eating them. The dawg was on point as well. I love the special sauce. I also got mayo, pickle relish, spicy mustard, celery salt, onions, and sauerkraut on it. Great combination of toppings.

I’ve always heard from my friends that J. Dawgs was good, but I think they understated it!
The fries are seasoned very well and are crunchy on the outside with a soft inside.
The “Dawg?” Absolutley Heavenly. I got the polish dog which is 100% beef with some of their special seasoning. This ain’t no pathetic dog that you buy from the store, this is a top notch and has a great taste.
Atmosphere is great and the staff are wonderful!
Did I mention they have a special rootbeer at their fountain?
Come check it out!

They have 3 things, hot dogs, fries, and drinks. There is the option of a regular dog or a polish dog. The dogs are pretty big, not 12in, but I think 8in. They have many different toppings and condiments for the dogs. Seems like it was made to order so the fries and dogs were hot. Fry sauce is also good. No chili, unfortunately, but if you want dogs, this is a good spot.

I asked if they could give me the bun and polish dog separate so I could take it home to my son and not have it get soggy and the employee said he couldn’t per company policy… this is a RIDICULOUS Policy. The Employee was nice and they did a great job on the food but as a company that policy needs to be changed. The employees and service and food were 5 star besides not being able to give me them separate and that’s why I leave a one star. I hope corporate makes a change to this policy!

I had never been to a J. Dawgs before but had to try it now that it’s opened just down the road from me. While it is a small location, the food is amazing!! I tried a hot dog with their special sauce, mustard, and sauerkraut. I have never loved a hot dog more, the sweetness of the special sauce contrasted really well with the tartness of the sauerkraut. The fries are delicious, they have paprika, thyme, salt, pepper, and spices. For all the people who can’t do black pepper, I couldn’t even taste it which is weird for me. It was about $12 for the whole meal and they do the fries Five Guys style so it’s worth the money. If you are sensitive to pepper like I am, get them to give you plain fries or skip them. As a bonus, if you are a lover of Apple Beer like I am, they have it on tap at the soda fountain.
