Never been an issue before but I placed my order yesterday and what I got wasn’t what I ordered, called and explained the situation and all I got was “oh ok”. No offer to fix or compensate or anything. Spent good money. Not sure if I’ll be back, shame too, cause the pizza is actually pretty good.

Its my understanding this location is under new ownership as MOD was telling this to customers as i was picking up order. MOD was calm and collective during what looked to be a fire drill of pizza orders felt bad for her. Pizza was okay part of my order was handed to another take out customer so I had to wait about 30 minutes to get the rest of mt order resulting in a colder settled Pizza and a super hot fresh one. This place needs to work more organized new ownership needs to figure it out. Wont be back for a little while

This place #1 will only take credit card because they don’t tell you that your order is being pushed to Door Dash. We have encountered this on multiple occasions. I went on their website to place my order and that is not user friendly at all, it gives no direction, I kept clicking on Specials and nothing would pop up. So I went ahead and called the location here on Alexis and Secor, and when the person (who didn’t give a name) answered he asked are you using a credit card? I of course told him I was, he proceeded to ask me what I would like to order and I asked him if they currently had any specials, he said yes but not if you’re order is being delivered. Why offer your customers specials if they are not for everyone? We have been to J-Cups several times because we think it’s one is the best in the city, up to this point. So I went ahead and ordered my families dinner from Marco’s. Thank You Marco’s for your friendliness.

Everything was fine until we opened the wings for my daughter’s dinner. There was nothing and I mean nothing to them. We called and stated we were not happy about them. These were our daughter’s dinner but there was nothing for her to eat. We took pics next to the ranch cup for reference. It was ridiculous. The kid stated basically, “it is what it is”on the phone there was nothing he could do, he doesn’t set the prices. My daughter said she was not eating them because there was nothing there and they were burnt. I took them to the store to show them and ask for my money back. The kid took my receipt and threw it in the garbage. I said this is how your going to play here and he said yes it was. I just wanted my money back for an item that was NOT even close to the menu picture. He said he provided a service and I had to pay for it.

Amazing. Had the Carolina gold chicken chunks and it was great (like a bourbon honey mustard flavor from BWW), the Italian cheese bread, and the pepperoni Classico. Everything was greasy and crispy and cheesy and tasty. YUMM. Will return. Highly recommend.

Just had the worst pizza and bread sticks ever. I use to love the pizza here but this time the pizza was over cooked dry and not very flavorful. Asked for garlic crust didn’t get it, not that it would have helped much. Very disappointing I do keto and this was my monthly cheat day.

The worse service I’ve ever had. Last time at J-Cups. They not only send a pizza that is not edible but refused to make up for it. I had the pizza delivered because I am at home with kids because my wife is working. After they delivered a pizza looking like this they said they could not deliver a new one because they are to busy. Not only has the pizza went downhill but the service standards as well.

I moved to Toledo a couple years ago and have had a hard time finding a pizza place I love. J-Cups nails it! It’s the perfect thickness for me and the ingredients are just right for an affordable pizza. Don’t skip this place like I did, they’re the best around.
