I stopped by because I was really craving some wings. I stood there for a few minutes looking over the menu, but the young man behind the counter—wearing a hoodie—never once greeted me, asked if I needed help, or acknowledged that I was standing there. It was my first visit, and unfortunately it will be my last. Customer service matters. Businesses should hire people who are welcoming and actually make customers feel comfortable spending their hard-earned money there.

Horrible service! Run! My daughter and I placed an Uber eats order and received something totally different . The app had combo so I ordered 20 piece combo with rice, she said later that order only come with fries but I paid $30 so why didn’t they keep the fries and add the rice I even made an extra note of exactly what the order is so they know how to prepare it and we still received a jacked up order and this is how it arrived! The drink wasn’t even protected with the stickers! And let’s say it’s all just a simple mistake the customer service was horrible as the young lady who andwered the phone was rude and hung up instead of explaining. This is how much these business appreciate our dollar! They don’t!

I love their lemon pepper (wet)wings and fries. They are very generous with the fries. I come here often and am always happy with the customer service. The cashier Marcellus is a sweetheart. He’s always patient with me when I can’t quickly decide on an order. This is definitely my go to place for fast comfort food.

I would never advocate for someone to lose their job, but the girl working the register on Wednesday January 14th needs more training. My wife called in and ordered a 20 piece combo. She called me concerned the order would be messed up since that is the normal situation here. I drove up and sure enough, the girl argued with me that my wife ordered a 30 piece. I showed the lady the text from my wife with the order and she still argued. I finally called my wife on speaker and the girl still argued that she was right and my wife ordered 30 pieces. The wings are good but we ain’t going back because they can’t understand a simple order.

The lady working the front counter had a horrible attitude. She charged $18. For a philly wing combo $ 9.99 and 10 wing $7.99 lunch special combo.. came back and advised that she didnt charge enough. But didnt want to void the initial transaction and redo correctly since she said it was incorrect by almost $4.00.. I won’t be going back there.

Wings are a bit pricey but taste good with many flavors to choose from. Their fish and fried rice are pretty good too.
