The service is excellent, although the past 2 times I’ve had the boiled shrimp a few we’re mushy and tasted weird. I complained once an they brought me fresh ones that were excellent. This last time there was maybe 5 that were that way so it wasn’t worth complaining over. Every thing else has always been delicious amd fresh. The steak soup is wonderful and the clam strips are excellent. For lunch I recommend the French dip sandwich. Greek potatoes are a bit salty but the loaded baked potato is great. They do offer alcoholic beverages as well as dessert choices too. Nice atmosphere as well.

My daughter and I ordered crab legs, both came out cold. I sent mine back and she ate some of hers. No bake potatoes left for the night. We all had water and only refilled once towards the end of the meal. We have eaten there before and the food was good. Just bad service.

If your looking for great steak this is by far the best place in Missouri, the staff was very friendly and did a great job of making our dinning experience very enjoyable. Very family friendly and will be back the next time I want a porterhouse.

Stopped in while driving through. The welcomed us in 10 minutes before closing. Ribeye and Crab legs were delicious plus staff were very friendly! We will be sure and stop in when we’re in the area from now on!

Very disappointing! KC Strip was thinly cut & somewhat tough…… poor grade of beef. The Shrimp scampi had no garlic flavor. The Cajun chicken tasted like it had been Microwaved and the veggies were tasteless.

Would like to give no stars, as they lost our order and we were unable to stay another 1 1/2 hrs. Was there almost 2 hrs. as it was, the tea was good though. As that’s all we got. Sorely dissapointed, not too excited about going back, as we drove 40 miles one way. Just to eat there, sad,sad,sad.

We always stop for lunch on our way back to Chillicothe, MO from Marshall, MO. Food, atmosphere and service always very good. The place is clean ! I especially like their hot beef sandwiches but do not care for their Philly Cheese sandwiches, other than that, all other food is good and prices are in line.

I’ve been taking my family to JB’s Steakhouse for more than seven years. It’s a very pleasant, non-smoking environment. Our last visit was primarily for ‘crab legs’, and they were outstanding. As one originally from the Texas Gulf Coast, I appreciate crab done right. Other menu items include an excellent grilled pork chop, grilled salmon, and a sumptuous herbal tomato soup. If burgers are more to your liking, I recommend JB’s ‘mushroom and swiss’. Be sure to order their homemade french fries with that burger. The fries, alone, are worth the trip. We’ve also always had a pleasant experience with the waitresses, who are clean, courteous, and attentive. We increased our attendance at JB’s when it became a ‘non-smoking’ establishment.

Food and service was great. They even were understanding and tried their best to do what we needed for a fussy baby. Only thing I could say they might add is a baby changing station in the bathrooms.
