The Food Mood
I haven’t had a bad meal here. Service is always good. Plenty of seating. The lemon chicken parm is one of my favorite go to meals. Good portions.

***Food Mood Note: They have Coke products here! Their Diet Coke Crisp factor: Super crispy!

Really good food and great experience at J. Anthony’s Italian Grill.

I had the Chicken Bruschetta and it was delicious. The chicken was juicy and cooked just right, topped with fresh tomatoes, melted cheese, and pesto. Everything tasted fresh and well balanced. The baked potato was hot and soft, and the sides were very good too.

We also had a pesto risotto (don’t remember the exact name), and it was amazing. Super creamy and full of flavor. Definitely one of my favorite dishes of the night.

Nice atmosphere and friendly service. I’ll definitely be back.

I don’t know why they are not getting more reviews, and people aren’t raving about this location online! I went last night, without a reservation, didn’t have to wait to sit(which I wouldn’t have minded), but it was a great vibe right from the start. Our Host sat us on the patio which we pretty much had to ourselves the whole time, the martinis were fabulous, food was great, and the best part was the service. I had been there once before but the service is what will keep me coming back. Thank you!

Had a great dinner Sunday night at J. Anthony’s Italian Grill. They are able to sit a table of 7 last minute. The atmosphere is nice, we were in the middle room which was easy for us to all talk to each other. I had there special, braised beef, raviolis, which were awesome! We all shared the stuffed mushrooms which were great. Portion size is good, most of us had some left overs. I got the pumpkin pie martini, which was pretty good and their double chocolate martini, which was really good!

I’ve been here twice now and I’d say it’s worth a shot to try. The first time I wasn’t loving my dish but honestly I think it just wasn’t my type of food but then the second time I went I got the WICKED big lasagna, and I really enjoyed it! I will definitely come back to try out other dishes. The staff are friendly. The atmosphere is pretty nice, you can buy scratch tickets too if that’s your thing. I’d recommend stopping by and taking a bite.

Server Courtney was spectacular!!! Courtney knew exactly when to approach the table to take our order. She presented the food hot. Chicken Broccoli Ziti and Burger was cooked to perfection. Restaurant has an amazing atmosphere. An abundance of room if you choose to dine high top, lounge or at the bar. Plenty of TV screens and Keno to keep you occupied. All around a great dining experience. Thank you Server Courtney!

HUGE menu and very generous portions!!
Found this place through a Google search and the reviews were spot on. Always love a place that brings me a bowl of popcorn. I had their WICKED BIG Chicken Parmigiana (not the largest I have ever had but I took home nearly half for another day). I have added this to my flagged places in Google so the next time we are in Worcester I can try the Gorgonzola Steak Tip Pasta.

We sat in the west side near the bar which was a little quieter than the area nearest the patio. Great place for a large group and family friendly.

It was my first time there. I met a friend for dinner. It was a busy night, but the staff were great, and everyone was working hard to keep everything moving. We were warned the kitchen was running behind, so it might take a fair amount of time for our meals to be ready. But the food came out in a very reasonable time! Kudos to the kitchen staff! Our server was friendly and checked in on us at the appropriate times. The food was delicious! For apps, we had meatballs and ricotta as well as Mozzarella triangles. The entrees were the chicken parm and the veal parm (they were huge servings). We had two of their winter cocktail specials and enjoyed both. And shared a slice of cheesecake for dessert.
The atmosphere seems like it’s an average local restaurant you’d find anywhere in central MA, but the food was definitely above average! And though locals were greeted jovially, as someone from about 40 minutes away, I was welcomed just as kindly. I plan to return with my family.

The food was pretty good and our waitress was nice. Even though it was difficult to find parking and the place looked packed judging by the parking lot, there was still lots of room inside, so don’t let that deter you. The only problem was the sheer amount of drunk idiots in the place. It seems like everywhere you look there was a drunk person acting stupid, spilling their drinks all over the place or having verbal altercations. Uncomfortable.

I went for the prime rib Thursday and I have to say, when I got the plate I didn’t know what it was. That was the ugliest piece of meat. The food was not seasoned and was not that good.
