My sorority sister and I met at J. Alexander’s to celebrate her birthday. After going to several other restaurants, I was so happy we landed there. From the moment we walked in, we received excellent customer service. The atmosphere was clean, cozy and sophisticated. And the food – the food was outstanding!!! From the calamari cooked tenderly and well seasoned to the Rattlesnake pasta and the carrot cake. Hands down, this is new favorite go-to eatery. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Wow! That is one word to describe J. Alexander’s! Everything was lovely, from the service, to the portions, to the absolutely decedent food. My significant other and I came here for the first time in celebration of Valentine’s Day. I am so glad we chose to come here! We had Makaley as our server and she was lovely. She was very personable and attentive with us. She truly made this experience amazing!
On a side note – the chef’s here at this restaurant know what they’re doing. The steak was delicious, the mac and cheese is out of this world, and the loaded salt-crusted baked potato was amazing.

Carrot cake was AMAZING, wish I could order a whole cake. Shrimp appetizer was yummy, smoked salmon dip was good but red onions needed out, tasted very spicy. Mac N Cheese. Amazing. Chocolate martini good but very strong

We were in town a few weeks ago to visit family and friends. The parental units wanted to have a special lunch for our visit and Dad loves his prime rib.
3 prime ribs with salads for lunch and our 4th got the pork tenderloin.
First the prime rib and salads were simply perfect.
That pork tenderloin…wow…amazing flavor! That’s a hit dish!

Wow! Came in for a business trip and found this restaurant near our hotel ang gave it a shot. The chicken pasta soup was absolutely delicious. I ordered the prime Rib as it was their specialty and it did not disappoint. The meat was so tender that it melts in your mouth. It tasted better than a filet mignon. The dessert was phenomenal. Get all three and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

The ribs were fall-off-the-bone perfect. The meatballs were packed with flavor. The mac & cheese was creamy, rich, and downright comforting. But the real surprise of the night?
THE STEAK ROLLS.
Easily the best appetizer on the menu — flaky, crispy, flavorful, and flat-out addictive. One bite and I knew I’d been gone from this location way too long.
The service was smooth, the atmosphere was classy but relaxed, and the food was elite from top to bottom.

As always, the food and service here were top-notch! Everything we ordered was delicious, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. You can really tell this place is run by a solid management team—they keep things smooth, friendly, and welcoming. It’s one of those spots where you know you’ll leave happy every single time. I left a note when I reserved that it was my wife’s birthday. When we arrived, everyone greated her by saying happy birthday. They had a birthday card for her when were seated and a complementary dessert. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience for us. The food here is always great. Quick update: went back and it was better! Take out order again. Had the Hawaiian ribeye, Cole slaw and a chicken ceaser salad. It was all great again. Outstanding! I did a take out order and it was the best meal I’ve had in 4 months working on the road. Everything was perfect. The Ceaser dressing is house made it tastes it the steak was perfect.
