We had Mr Jack’s Crispy Chicken Platter, Rattlesnake Pasta and Blacked Sea Bass w/smashed potatoes which we all enjoyed. Everything was flavorful and seasoned well. The ambience was nice and cozy. The staff at the door were welcoming and our waiter Christian was very attentive, friendly and helpful. We capped our night off with these delicious martinis!!! Not too sweet and just the right touch. Thank you, we will be back.

I had the best experience with Anna M. at J. Alexander’s. From the moment she greeted us, she had a warm smile and made us feel truly welcome. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she was attentive, prompt, and incredibly kind throughout the entire meal.
This was honestly the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Anna’s positive attitude and genuine care made such a huge impact on our experience. I will absolutely be coming back and requesting her as my server. I truly hope her managers see this and acknowledge her for her outstanding service — smiles the whole time, it was amazing!

Tiana was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, warm, and completely on top of everything. Our drinks never went empty, she anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, and her timing was perfect throughout the entire meal. Beyond that, she was genuinely kind and made us feel welcomed and taken care of.

We dined for a dinner date tonight. Nice decor/atmosphere. The food was definitely something to rave about. I had the Cajun Snapper special and he had the salmon. Both were flavorful and cooked just to our liking. Our server was very attentive, kind, and knowledgeable/helpful. When we return we hope to get her again! Thank you “T”!

Well here I am again singing the praises of J. Alexander’s—- ANNA is the most attentive, high-spirited, kind, attentive server I’ve ever encountered! She was such a joy! Now food wise, we started with the crab dip—- what a pleasant surprise to my taste buds. I’ve never had crab dip so perfectly made. The green onions added explosive flavor. The delectable chicken tenders were phenomenal. The baked potato was a good size and was extremely fresh. Now let’s move on to the honey mustard. I’ve never tasted any honey mustard so delicious. So that brings me back to the delight of the night, the carrot cake. The most perfect moist piece of cake ever made. It was just as delicious as it was the first time I tasted it!!! I’ll keep dining here when I’m in the area.

Placed a to-go order- beware, this is the only place I’ve ever ordered a to-go order and on top of the high prices, they charge you some “packaging” fee for the containers they put the food it. So not worth it. And, this packaging fee isn’t a flat fee, we had to identical containers that were different prices since the value of what went into the containers were different. Fries were cold. The best was the Philly cheesesteak- but for $20+- I’d pass if I were you. Not worth that. Salad was really good though.

J.Alexander’s Restaurant is a great place for food and drinks and meeting people . The Ambience is very much like a sports Bar. The service is very professional and the hosts are always very polite. The food is very good and flavourful. The quantity is very large and can be easily enjoyed by two people. They have a very special Fries which is very thin and crispy and goes very well with different types of dips. They serve a very good variety of protein. The fish is always fresh and the beef is always juicy and tender. The Salad is also very very good. They have a very long Bar with high chairs . The kitchen is see through a glass partition. Everything is well maintained and very clean. Was a very pleasant evening for me. Happy Eating

Great dinning experience for a date night. It’s a pleasant atmosphere that is more on the semi-formal side of dining. The prime rib has a great seasoning to it, the salad was colorful and tasty, the old-fashion was delicious. The only uninspiring item was the bread with butter… it was fine, but seemed out of place when compared to the other items. My dinner date, unfortunately was not able to get the roasted chicken as she had ordered because they ran out. Her 2nd choice of tenders was good, but we will have to comeback for the oven chicken. The Mac and cheese was a great side choice also.
Would recommend this place and we will be back.
