Ordered two steak bowls for pickup and got home to open the order to realize they never put steak in the bowls but everything else we wanted. Tried mixing the bowl to see if it was underneath and it was not.
This review was 4 months ago. Im back with an edit, Tried it again today and what can i say except DO NOT ORDER PICKUP THEY CAN’T READ. Go there wait in line to make sure order is correct. They didnt forget the steak this time but they forgot the queso. Its printed on the ticket but was never added like when they forgot the steak the first time. What is the point to have an order ahead function if you cant follow simple directions. The cherry on top is that this is my second time with the same problem. Looks like it never got to upper management if the same problem is persistent.

This restaurant was great when it opened.
Now, it’s truly a Dump and horrible food.
Yesterday when I went for takeout they didn’t have many ingredients for my burritos. They always add dollar here and there as extra items.
They didn’t have mushrooms, Corn, and many other veggies.
The real big issue is the people making orders can’t understand or hear the requests due to noises.
Also, every few weeks new inexperienced employees.
The employees have no sense or respect Vegetarians dipping all spoons in meat and vegetables.

I travel from St Bernard Parish to get izzo’s in Metairie! This trip they were out of seasoned chicken and my corn but of course I still had to get something.. so I got the white meat chicken bowl and it was delicious! And of course the workers are always nice! Now you do get that one worker who is skimpy with the toppings but that wasn’t the case this time!! 10 out of 10 recommend! And it was $32 for two bowls and two super meal deals! Well worth it!!!

This is probably the most mediocre yet small burrito I’ve had from any chain, ordered a chicken burrito with pico, queso and cilantro ranch and it was miraculously dry one asks how this is possible… flavors underwhelming, and a tiny burrito, I’ve added pictures of my hand and a small protein bar for comparison, this puny sized burrito left me hungry and disappointed like free samples at a grocery store. It’s barely a measly 5 inches. And then to charge a patron damn near $10 for an hors d’oeuvres fun sized snack is insulting..why anyone would spend their hard earned money for something so small and mediocre when there are hundreds of authentic burrito restaurants or even Chipotle and their massive burritos is beyond me…DO BETTER IZZOS

When I called about a problem with my order the lady on the phone was very rude. I spoke with the manager but he didn’t say anything about it addressing the rude person and instead said feel free to speak to him in the future when I want to place an order, which is weird. Why would I want to have to speak to a manager to order a burrito? Just tell your employees to act normal and not throw fits

I go every Friday and get an illegal burrito because I look forward to it every week. 9 out of 10 times they Do not have seasoned chicken. It’s just never there. Really disappointing. I go between 5:00 and 6:30 p.m.
Two Weeks later still no seasoned chicken and they had no onions. Which is very basic ingredient. Also depending on who you get to make your burrito, if it’s an illegal, they do not mix the ingredients. They just roll it. Causing full bites of One singular ingredient, making it a bad experience to eat. Far too many people behind the line ignoring customers having personal conversations as well. This store needs to be retrained by corporate. I can’t continue to be disappointed.

The young black male with the dark green shirt and glasse had horrible customer service. You could tell he didn’t want to be there and barely spoke . Everyone else was lively and energetic. He was more worried about the break someone mentioned than asking what we’d like. Hopefully the next time we get someone a little more lively and polite.

1st off, food was good. I can’t wait to go back. I got the super street taco combos, with white chicken and my favorite toppings it was good. the cilantro will overpower everything, so i’ll never get that again lol. the combo came with a large drink, they only had mediums/smalls whichever it was.. But the man tried to charge us for an extra cup, when they should’ve gave us 2 small cups for the price because THEY WERE out of large cups.. so i just got a small cup with the SUPER combo..the queso is good, a little watery but good the chips were fresh!! Chipolte chips are ALWAYS hard, almost stale so I was happy here. the place wasn’t too busy, but many employees were sitting at other tables not helping the people in the kitchen, couldn’t be me lol. my boyfriend got a rice bowl with white chicken as well and his favorite toppings, he loved his food. he said the bowl was loaded, they gave him a lot. which is good, because it’s not cheap. he had to take some home to eat for later. overall we ARE going back.
