This is as close as you’re gonna get to a legitimate SoCal burrito in terms of size
Prices very reasonable for the location, the volume of food ordered and how it tastes
Clean facility and friendly staff as well!
I ordered the second largest burrito with a cayenne tortilla, seasoned dark chicken, pinto beans, black beans, shredded cheese, lettuce, some pico, cilantro and cilantro ranch
I recommend this restaurant for anyone that’s in the mood for a basic, simple burrito or anyone that’s trying to have a more balanced meal. Don’t come here if you’re looking for really bold flavors; you won’t find that here.
Also, ask for their in house salsa; whoever helped me never offered any, but it’s ok because I ended up just using my own salsa at home.

This place is awesome. The food is great! Even though I was excited and acted like I’ve never been allowed out of the house to order food, the staff were so sweet and they communicated well with each other to make sure my order was correct (I’m allergic to raw onions and they took that very seriously, so thankful). The environment is family friendly and all of the food smells mingling in the restaurant were intoxicating. I could not believe I got SO much food for such a great price!! And man, was it quick! Me and my puppy ate very well tonight!! 10/10 can’t recommend enough!!!

Man this was a fine restaurant to eat at. I have to say they taste better than Chipotle to me. The atmosphere feels like west coast flair but such a good spot.

So full disclosure I’m not a big burrito fan as it were but in this case, I ordered the beef tacos that came with Mexican rice and beans and chips and salsa. I selected the corn for the shell thinking that meant the crunchy shell rather than flour. the other choice. Unless it’s a soft corn shell, I got the flour shell. Now, as far as the actual taste of the tacos… I thought was good flavors and a good taste… The meat seemed like it had been seasoned properly…
OK now to these sides… Like this is what I think they’re trying to say… We are gonna give you what we think is an above average taco so just think of the sides as a bonus… Like here we really don’t care one way or the other but we wanted to give a couple of sides so here you go…
That’s about as far as the thinking went other than ordering the Mexican rice and the refried beans from XYZ supplier ….
I would bet you anything I own that I could go into any grocery store and get the cheapest offbrand, Mexican rice and refried beans and they would taste better than what IZZO’S is putting up!

How can a person with the ability to make changes not make changes when it’s so obvious… Do they not have a pallet? Are things so tight that you cannot pay a little bit more for a decent product? If it were up to me, I would say look if that’s what you’re going to serve me then just reinvest that money because I’m not gonna eat them anyway.

Went in tonight after a mommy & baby outing, exhausted and not in the mood to cook. The service was exactly what I needed and the food amazing as usual. Today however stood out, the staff was playing little games with my toddler, he just learned how to high five and wanted one from every guy in there. When I was packing up and getting our things together Emmanuel played along with my son’s silliness and played peek a boo. My baby boy had so much fun with Emmanuel and the crew! When I was leaving my hands were getting quite full, one of the other crew members whose name I missed opened the door for me and helped me. Emmanuel helped me get my precious cargo to the truck. After a very fun, but very long day wrangling a 1 1/2 year old this was the perfect end to our day. Thank you Emmanuel and crew for being such a fun and caring bunch!

Firat rime visiting and was pleasantly surprised. Guven we came around 4pm, I wasnt sure what to expect. The staff greeted is right away, were very knowledgeable, amd made recommendations. The food was really good too, and the portions were impressive.

The girl that fix my food skimp me throughout the whole thing I kept telling her I will pay extra.. then the lettuce wasn’t fresh brown all over.. she didn’t even know how to ring up the meal over charge me I had to correct her.. then to top it off this girl put five shrimp on my bowl and to pay over 19$ for 5 shrimp is outrageous

Stopped in on a Wednesday night, it wasn’t too busy at the time upon arrival but it suddenly started getting busy as we were ordering. The process seemed chaotic, there was no organization when it came to ordering and keeping people in there proper place in line. The food was decent, it could have been better. Yesterday was my first experience eating at Izzo‘s and what an experience that was! Staff was warm and friendly, and helped me through the ordering process. The food was delicious. Everything was very nice and fresh; lettuce was crisp, tomatoes were ripe and the meat was well prepared and tasty. We were able to sit outside and enjoy a beautiful day in Louisiana! Izzy’s Is now on my list of favorites! Try it. You won’t be disappointed.
