We had the most delicious meal here. The beautiful staff squeezed us in, despite being booked out, and it was an amazing culinary experience. Each dish was craft-fully created, with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavour. We would highly recommend the wagyu beef, prawns and salmon sushi!

We had a party of 4 and ordered some edamame and mixed sashimi as starters, to be followed by 4 mains. The edamame came out reasonably quickly, as did 3 of the mains… The sashimi came out as the 3 mains were being finished, with the 4th main nowhere to be seen… It appears that it hadn’t been forgotten about or missed, it was ‘just being done later’ and arrived after all the other food had been finished…
The quality of the food was good, and whilst the staff service was friendly, it was slow and ineffective, which detracted greatly from the experience. We could not recommend this restaurant unless there were improvements to the service quality.

The charcoal grilled teriyaki chicken is a must try when dining here, it is honestly the best I have ever tried

Love this little Japanese eatery. Been in several times with friends.
The food is always fresh and delicious. The food comes quick, also all at once which is quite overwhelming. The staff are friendly and courteous.
If you book early you may be able to secure the outside tables which would be a lot quieter than the being seated inside which is loud if busy.
We would appreciate that the staff try to cater to their patrons that would prefer to have some after dinner drinks to wind down their evening. As soon as you have finished your meal, the table is cleared and there is no offer from staff to enjoy a cocktail, martini or coffee. They are hovering to entice you to leave. We left just after 9.
All they need to do is retain one or two staff to cater to their patrons.

Perhaps our expectations were too high after rave reviews we’ve had from others, but this was average at best and the service, though friendly, was lacking. We had to ask for things we had ordered to be brought out a few times even though the place was not all that busy.
