I drive over an hour to eat here and it’s always worth it. The food, service, and drinks are all excellent. My go-to is the chile relleno, and it’s consistently amazing. Even though I don’t live nearby, I make time to come because it’s just that good. Highly recommend.

Oh man, the food was really good at this location, but man, the service sucked. The server never checked on us and we had to wave someone down to refill our drinks. When the server dropped off food they did not respond at all to us saying thank you or anything.
Also giving us a tiny little basket of chips with a little bit of salsa then charging per refill when the plates are already $25 is crazy.

Solid, authentic, super tasty food. And when I mentioned to our server we were in a rush, they took our order immediately, and we were served in under 5 minutes. Would eat here regularly if I didn’t live an hour away.

No refund for missing items, sarcastic (rude) girl answering phone, order was 10X the trouble with an hour of me attempting to resolve via restaurant and uber support.
We ordered our company’s lunch via UberEats (only a few lunches), they (Ixtapa) gave us only half our order. Girl on phone argued with me for 5 minutes stating I was the one in error. Finally convinced her to look at the Uber receipt, to which she replied with a sarcastic “sorry” and told me to come get it if I wanted it. I explained to her that we ordered delivery because we walk to work. No time on our lunch break to come get our food.
Anyhow, 12 hours later – still not resolved, still no refund, still no repo se from Uber support, and still no delivery. Forget this restaurant – they clearly do not care for the customer; I guarantee this food isn’t clean or cooked in a hygienic kitchen with how they treat polite, and respectful paying customers.
