Nice enough bar, but hosts an absolutely dreadful pub quiz – only had one guy asking the questions and also the same guy grading the answer sheets, so it takes over 2 hrs. Questions also extremely niche to the extent that I have no idea who is getting them right.

Classic college town dive bar… Nothing fancy, but a great outdoor seating space right on Nassau Street, a decent selection of beers, and not-crazy prices. Food from an affiliated pizza place can be ordered from tables but was somewhat hit or miss. Trivia night is a fun diversion.

Food was good. Very American, and I mean that in a good way (: Our server was very nice and was very busy; only stopped by our table once to drop off the food. Inside a cash only bar with intelligent bar tenders, but not the nicest people by any means. Outside seating was fine. The table benches were very warped, discolored and had a flaky poorly-applied finnish. I wouldn’t go back here for any reason other than my friends wanting to.

My girlfriends and I had a BLAST at the Ivy Inn celebrating my bachelorette weekend. The bar was a safe and comfortable environment and crowd. The band was amazing! They were extremely talented and charismatic. The band was engaged with the crowd and shouted us out for my upcoming wedding. I do not know the names of half the people in this picture but they all contributed to our wonderful partying experience and are part of the fun memories of that night. Thank you to everyone who danced the night away with us including the air guitar battles, mic solos, and break dancing!

Feels like a German beer pub with the outdoor benches. There are no pretzels, but you can order pizza to your table. The beer you can get in the inside at the bar. The place is cash only, , no credit card is accepted. Parking is on the street, spaces are limited. At the time we visited the place a bingo night was running, it was nice.

Fantastic pizza and salad. It’s two separate businesses. You pay cash for alcohol drinks but you can pay credit for food. The pizza was thinking crust and crispy, just how we like it and there’s creative topping combos.

The Ivy Inn can be located here in Princeton NJ. On Nassau St. Down the street from Princeton University. Many students and Professor’s come to this inn basically for Food, Drinks, and Live Entertainment. The last time I was there. They had a Live Band …And pitches of beer that taste unbelievable! They also have specials for you and the students that lives close by. At night there is a Cover charge. But the cover is little compared to the Great! Time you will have dancing! And Hearing some of best music ever! They also serve the best Burgers ever!!! So come to Princeton NJ and visit Ivy Inn. You are guaranteed to have the best experience in fun! And A Good! Time!

I had 10 dollars on me with some change. I am a broke student that wanted to just get a beer with friends. They took my 5 dollars at the entrance saying its for the band. Then when i paid with coins the bartender was very rude. I understand it is annoying to pay with coins but I had no choice since my 5 dollars was taken. And no I couldn’t withdraw more money because I had none. I felt very humiliated.
