Long story short, we ordered a lot of food and it was all amazing! We took our meal to-go so I know things like the shrimp tempura would have been even better fresh. The mussels were so good. I highly recommend them!
We ordered: shrimp tempura appetizer, mussels appetizer, gyoza appetizer, tundra roll, heisenberg roll, rainbow roll, firecracker roll, and the chicken katsu bento box (I forgot to get a picture).
The kids devoured the bento box and gyoza.
The heisenberg roll was a perfect amount of spicy.
My biggest complaint was the miso soup could have had a bit more umami, but overall wasn’t bad.
The restaurant has great decor and seating, but it is a smaller space so I recommend calling ahead to see if a table is available on busier nights/times.

Kaya Quitugua
I was hesitant to try a restaurant in this area but I was left surprised. The food was excellent and the service was above average. There were 2 servers but a full restaurant. They have 6 tables and a bar area to sit at. With how full it was and only having two servers I was pleasantly surprised. The forgot my 3 year olds drink but brought it before it was a big deal, and without being reminded.
Aside from the small area, limited seating, and no diaper changing tables I had absolutely no complaints. The friendliness of staff and high quality food made me forget about everything I was questioning.
10/10 recommend if you don’t have small children needing a diaper changing tables, and you don’t mind sitting close quarters with strangers.

We ordered the combo #1 for takeout. We tried the edamame, calamari, Hamachi Yellowtail, Smoked Salmon, the King Kong Roll and the Reno Roll. Everything was fresh and delicious. It definitely is alot of food for the price. We can’t wait to go back for AYCE.

Looks great from the outside but the food quality is just okay. I thought it was just me but the guy is sitting next to me. Also said that some of the fish did not have any flavor. This will be my 11th sushi restaurant here in Reno and this will be at the bottom of the list.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service we received! I have wanted to try this place out for a while, and the hubby and I did a staycation this weekend and decided to order it to the hotel. We had a little hiccup in the order, but they were very prompt at correcting it… and made up for it with some additions! It is so delicious!! Some of the best sushi I have ever had! You know when you find that place that is just amazing and over your expectations? We are in Reno and just had one of the best sushi’s ever at Itzavysushi Visiting Reno? Go here you will not regret it. The tamago is amazing, and the firecracker roll is to die for. And don’t miss the tempura shrimps (perfect flavor and not too hard fried) Definitely coming back.
