Itton Ramen will serve authentic Japanese ramen to the great metro Minneapolis area. Our head chef Sam Lin who learned the traditional ramen techniques from master Tsuomu Kimura (Tenkaippin Founder). Sam will recreate the Hakata style of Tonkotsu soup which takes over 12 hours to perfect the broth to white creamy texture. You don’t need to fly across the pacific ocean to Japan so that you can taste the most authentic Hakata ramen. PS. Tenkaippin is ranked #2 as the best ramen chain in Japan 2020.

Had to try for myself how a place could have 4.9 stars out of (over) 3k reviews. The reviews speak for themselves, Itton does everything flawlessly! The attention to detail and quality ingredients they’re using cannot be matched. We will definitely be back to try more of what their menu has to offer.

It’s good but not by California standards. From people from Wisconsin it’s the best. The broth is not amazing. It’s more like home cooked. The bowls are kinda small, smaller meat portions too.

Food presentation is 10/10 but the taste it lacking. We ordered the karaage chicken but got what looked like popcorn chicken instead, it did taste great but it was not what I ordered. Broth for the ramen was bland and noodles were hard.

Very good food. Would definitely come here again. The noodles were great and the place also had a fun atmosphere. I also liked the ice machine as it dispenses ice and water together, in a good ratio, with good ice pellets.

4.9/5.0 is totally overrated. Ramen is above average Minnesota standards but is just so so in terms of authenticity and in Japan standards. If you’re close, worth stopping by, if you live 30mins away, not worth the trip. #3 ramen is too oily and salty. #5 is ok.
