Phenomenal. I have been going to the Midvale location for 10 years and this location is just as good. The fish is amazing, especially in the Nigiri. The manager, Gary, takes a whole lotta pride in his fish. He also knows his regulars and is great fun. 10/10, its the best quality fish you can get without blowing your entire paycheck on one meal.

Every time I’ve visited, the service has been quick and the food consistently delicious. I ordered the house salad and the Playboy roll — both were great. Chef Gary even came out to introduce himself and brought out another roll to try, which was also excellent!

We love the quality of the food here and they have some very unique sushi. One of our favorites is the Dracula roll. It comes in a little coffin and when you open the box, aromatic smoke billows out and you can’t wait to dig in! Our waitress Pamela was very kind and attentive. The atmosphere isn’t anything special, but it is clean. It’s the food that counts the most and this place is probably the freshest! Oh yes. We tried a roll we hadn’t had before. I think it was called the Firebird. It comes wrapped in foil on a cast iron plate. It is ignited and when the flames go out, you unwrap your roll. Very tasty, just like everything else.

Itto is our favorite place for sushi. Have been to both the Midvale and South Jordan locations, we usually go to SJ as it’s closer to us. Food and service are always good. Variety of different rolls, should be able to find something for everyone. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

This was my first time here. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful! One thing that I didn’t like was that the booth I was sitting in moved when the person behind me moved. There was a bunch of different rolls to choose from for sushi. Because we went in a Tuesday they had a special going that a lot of the specialty rolls were like $4 cheaper. We got 8 rolls and they were delicious. The Las Vegas roll was the best I’ve had so far. All in all a great experience. I will be taking my wife there and other friends to experience the deliciousness!!

Itto Sushi of South Jordan is my favorite place for sushi in Salt Lake. Everything tastes so fresh, the service is beyond stellar, prices are great, and the woodwork inside is beautiful. I come almost every week and haven’t had a bad experience even once.
They truly are an elevated experience with spectacular pricing. I enjoy sitting at the bar and just watching the sushi chefs, they really are masters of their craft.

Dining or Having lunch at Ittto Sushi was a delightful experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional which is very reasonable price, having such a wonderful new/special dishes from the head chef Sam, the service is completely great. Their sashimi Omakase combo is the must try and it rarely to find in Utah.

Love Itto Sushi! If we come out for Sushi it is always where we go. Video of the Firebird. Also love the Romeo & Juliet. The staff is always so kind and accommodating. Had a friend that is Gluten free & they had ways to adapt to her needs. Highly recommend.
