Had a fantastic night there on valentines-eve with the boys. Some got Sapporo with their sushi which is like red wine with steak. The cuts of salmon, tuna, egg, and everything was delicious. They initially mixed up our order, so we waited to see if they’d take the food back, they didn’t, so we got an extra 4 plates of sushi which they were very kind and gracious for eating the cost on. We did order a lot anyways and I think we left a good tip. It’s a wonderful place with great servers, excellent chefs, and brilliant creations. Always always always get the shooters! They are the best, it is a flavor medley like no other! Thank you Itto for the great night!

I’ve eaten at Ito Sushi several times, and I like it more each time. Today I came back casually and they happened to have happy hour — what a great surprise! The food was delicious as always, and the service was outstanding.
Rayon, who took care of me, was super kind and attentive from the moment I arrived, throughout the meal, and even after, always making sure everything met my expectations.
The place is pleasant, has parking right outside (you can pay there), and it’s conveniently located in Downtown. In short, excellent service, excellent food, and an experience that’s always worth repeating.

Oh wow! The sushi here is really awesome! No wonder they won best sushi in SLC! I got the Stairs to Heaven Nigiri platter. It came on a really cool unique platform serving tray and the sushi was SO fresh and melt in your mouth delicious! It came with a sauce I don’t remember the name but it was kinda sweet and I absolutely loved it! I also got the Sushi Vampire roll and one I don’t remember the name but boy was it tasty!! Just take a look at the photos. Yumm I look forward to coming back here!!

After a long day of skiing in Salt Lake City, we came in starving and left very happy. The $30 omakase was such a great deal! There was plenty of food, it was delicious, and even came with miso soup. The chefs and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We’d absolutely come back and highly recommend it.

Such a good find! I’m so impressed by the quality of the food here. We got a couple different rolls and they were both delicious, but I really loved the Firebird!!! We also both got a Stairway to Heaven with the torched nigiri – so yummy!!!

Excellent and affordable sushi and service! I work down the street and come here for lunch because they have a good selection of $10 lunch special rolls. I’ve beeen working down the menu to try a new roll every week. The sushi chef was very friendly and came out to check on me a couple times. $2 sides of miso and tea. There are so many restaurants in the city that are way more expensive and much less the quality and service as this spot. Just as good as the Midvale location I used to go to.
