First time going here. We had our order to go since the place is small and only had 2 small tables. Tamales were good. Not as big as I thought they were going to be but they were good. The green salsa needs a little bit of kick for me but once you deep the Tamales in it, it all comes together. The street corn on the cob was amazing, I keep trying to figure out the sauce but I gave up and just had a 2nd one. It was amazing.

Love supporting locally/ family owned businesses. The food is so delicious and full of flavor. I had the pork tamales and one al pastor taco, I immediately regretted not ordering another taco! I will definitely be a recurring customer. Amazing food!

Today was my first time eating there and I must say, it was good! The service was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The prices are reasonable. They also have vegan and vegetarian options as well. It didn’t take long time for the food be done either (which you can actually SEE them doing. I also like the atmosphere. Very chill. Check it out

Atmosphere just feels dead but the lady was nice…The tamales are tiny u need a dozen just by urself. That being said the flavor was ok, just the masa was still very wet and didnt hold together well

My initial experience was positive. The tacos, which were part of a special, were well-received by my family due to their flavor profile. While I have dietary restrictions regarding onions, the presentation was appealing. I believe the recipe may have been a family heirloom, as the taste was exceptional. The pricing was reasonable, and the atmosphere was family-friendly.

I regret not capturing any photographs of the meal. However, I intend to revisit the establishment soon. Thank you for the menu explanation. The environment was welcoming and family-oriented.

Small place yet big heart. Brisket tamale was fantastic! Cheese quesadilla was fresh and hot. Takes a few minutes but well worth the time!!! Highly suggest dropping in!

Chef thank you for the delicious tamale recipes. The brisket tamale with spicy sauce was very good so I guess actually your grandmother gets the credit? I’ll be looking for you at the Pensacola farmers market again.

I went not knowing what to expect but I was welcomed with a clear description of what they had and really explained the food to me. I told him I had a bad experience with tamales and haven’t eaten them in a long time. I got the pork tamale and when I tell you I will be going back soon. It’s a little drive or I’d be there every other day because it’s reasonably priced as well! Worth it!

Amazing little hole in the wall. The tamales and street corn is ethnic and absolutely delicious! The owners story on how it all started is pretty interesting as well. Highly recommend!
