New branch of It’s Sushi in Henderson is definitely worth a visit. Aside from quality sushi, good rice ratio, large selection of appetizers and rolls, and great service, the environment is beautiful making it a great place to go with friends for a meal where atmosphere is a factor. Premium choices like Uni and sweet shrimp are included in the all day special while special lunch and late night rates are also available. Dessert includes affogato as a choice along with ice cream. The only slight improvement mat actually be the size of some hot choices – things like udon and fried chicken appetizers are sizable enough where dining alone may prevent their ordering. A reduction in size for single diners would be welcomed. Overall, a great addition to the Henderson AYCE scene.

Ordered twice via DoorDash And then one day we were out and about and trying to figure out what to eat for dinner and we all agreed, Sushi sounded good. so on a whim we showed up here After 5 PM, as soon as we sat down, the influx of people started- most were there for AYCE, We didn’t feel like we could handle AYCE So we ordered ala carte. First off every employee there is super friendly and very accommodating And secondly, the inside of this restaurant is so pretty. Their prices are really decent And they have a special- two rolls for $15 if you order to go or pick up.

Glad ITs Sushi was open till late. Wr got there around 10:15 pm or so and wanted something fast. The restaurant is pretty huge and its an AYCE spot. If you dine here with friends, everyone either do AYCE or Ala carte. Some people who don’t understand that should not go here. We were sat quickly at a booth but what’s funny is this.
I walked up to the front. A girl who was working did not greet me and kept her head down. She kept picking or scratching on the front of her head. Like either her extensions or hair was too tight. While checking out, she helped me and I think she needs training on service. A guy finally greeted me and took us to our table.
We ordered our food quickly.

First, the miso soup was cold. How the world you’re going to serve cold miso soup. I asked the server to take it back and that I wanted it hot. He brought it back and this time it was hot. You can see the steam.
Next the sushi. We order shrimp Tempura but we got a Tempura Roll instead. Whatever, we still ate it. But to me, I ordered a Tiger Roll which is similar with Spicy Tuna on top. Also had the Spicy Tuna. So both the Tiger and Spicy Tuna was delcious and spicy.
Overall, the service was meh and the sushi rolls were ok. We ordered Ala carte so maybe next time ill try all the other rolls and menu items.

I went here for the first time last night, and I was really impressed. The one thing I always order to get a gauge of a sushi restaurant is the Uni and it did not disappoint. It was extremely fresh, the perfect temperature, with great flavor.
I also enjoy a Masago with Quail Egg on top and that was fantastic as well. I mostly order Nigiri, and everything I had was delicious.
This place is far from me, but I will be going back.
I would give this place a go if you have not tried it yet.

I am editing my review as of 11/3/25 to inorm this establishment and anyone that goes there to beware of the check. We went for my sons birthday in August and did all you can eat with 6 people and the birthday celebration candle for about $250. The same group went back yesterday because my youngest wanted sushi for his birthday as well. My father inlaw picked up the check and informed me today that they charged us $450 for essentially the same all you can eat thay we did last time. When I looked at the receipt our waitress, who we informed that we ALL were doing the all day all you can eat, charged us a la cart for a lot of items. I wish my father inlaw had said something to me yesterday so I could have brought it to their attention and had them fix it but the fact that she charged $200 worth of food a la cart when she knew it was 7 all you can eats is insane. Unfortunately we will not be going back here ever again. Watch your checks/what you are being charged.

Finally! A quality AYCE sushi spot in Henderson. I’d been to one of their other locations years ago—good food but way too loud.
The first thing I noticed was how clean and inviting the interior was. The décor created a calm, comfortable atmosphere, and I loved the warm, friendly greeting from the staff as soon as we walked in. One detail I found interesting was that all the windows were blocked, so you couldn’t see outside. It struck me as a bit unusual, but it didn’t bother me at all once we were seated.
The food selection was impressive—truly more than enough to satisfy any sushi lover. There were numerous appetizers, a wide variety of sushi rolls, beautifully prepared nigiri, and many other tempting choices. In fact, there were so many options that it was hard to decide where to start.
As for quality—EXCELLENT. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The service matched the quality of the food; the servers were attentive without being intrusive, checking in regularly to see if we wanted to order more, needed water, or simply to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of.
If you love sushi, “It’s Sushi” in Henderson is absolutely worth a visit. With its calm atmosphere, outstanding food, and excellent service, it’s a welcome addition to the local dining scene.
