Aside from that, all of the food from the AYCE menu was out fast, and it was delicious. I had ordered a dish I didn’t really enjoy and the server gladly took it back to the kitchen for me with no extra charge. Everything else was fine though.
Everything came out fast, I didn’t wait long for any of the dishes. All the staff were friendly; all the way from the hostess to the multiple servers and bussers. They all worked as a team efficiently and effectively. I opted for the Dinner / All day AYCE option.

No issues returning for some good AYCE Sushi…
The service is fast and the food is good. There is a lot of room for decent size parties and a lot of parking outside. The menu is pretty standard as it has all of you typical things AYCE sushi items. The quality is fresh and definitely a good choice if you’re looking for quality AYCE sushi.
The all-you-can-eat concept is executed really well here. The variety of options on the menu is impressive, ranging from classic rolls to nigiri, sashimi, and some fun specialty items. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and presented nicely. You could tell that the ingredients were good quality, especially for an AYCE spot. Sometimes at places like this, the fish can be hit or miss, but here it was consistently good across multiple plates. Standouts for me were the salmon sashimi, the crispy rolls, and the baked mussels.
The price point is also very reasonable. For the amount and quality of food you get, I think it’s excellent value. It didn’t feel like they were cutting corners just to make it affordable—everything from the rice texture to the plating showed care.
The service was also quite nice. Staff were attentive without being overbearing, and they kept things moving efficiently even when the place got busy. Our server made good suggestions and checked in frequently to see how we were doing.
Would I come back? Definitely. It’s not high-end omakase, but for a casual sushi night with lots of variety, good service, and a fair price, It’s Sushi really hits the spot.
Angel’s attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were impressive. She guided me through the various options and made excellent recommendations based on my preferences. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for the food made the experience even more enjoyable.
The food itself was absolutely delicious. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with authentic flavors. The sushi was fresh and expertly prepared, and the tempura was perfectly crispy. The miso soup had a rich, savory taste, and the sashimi was incredibly tender and flavorful.
Overall, Angel’s exceptional service and the exquisite Japanese cuisine made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and outstanding customer service.
But ITS Sushi in Spring Valley, Las Vegas? It gave me everything. I’m talking A+ service, mood lighting that made me feel like a main character, and sushi so good I considered proposing to the chef.
From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me like I was somebody. Not like a sad solo diner, but like a VIP with a mysterious past. The servers were on it—timing every dish like they trained in the Olympics of food delivery. Miso soup arrived warm and soul-healing, spicy garlic edamame hit like a flavorful punch to the face (in the best way), and each sushi roll came out just when I was wondering what I needed next. It felt choreographed. Beautifully choreographed. Like edible ballet.
And listen—when your server warns you a roll is spicy, don’t doubt them. I did, and now I understand humility.
Everyone in the place looked happy. Like “I just found a $20 in my coat pocket” happy. That’s the power of good sushi and even better service.
Moral of the story? The best sushi isn’t on the Strip. It’s hiding in plain sight where the locals go—all-you-can-eat heaven with heart. Don’t sleep on ITS Sushi. Seriously. Go hungry, leave amazed, and maybe bring tissues… for the spice and joy.
