ordered 2 different flavors and when they came they were basically plane wings with a mix of a small amount of 2 flavors of sauce at the bottom of the container. i wasted my money because they were terrible. This was my first time trying this place and it will definitely be my last.

Super excited to order from here for the first time today for my birthday. Wings were cold and soggy and I never got my fries that came with both orders. If I had a chance I’d demand a refund to be honest. Won’t be trying them out again for awhile.
Update: I picked up my orders. Not delivered. And I’m glad the feedback will help but it doesn’t help that I spent so much money for one order of wings when I ordered 3 orders of wings and 3 orders of fries. I appreciate the response though

Just letting you guys know that this is a ghost kitchen- this means that you’re actually ordering from a normal basic Chilli’s location.
Still, the wings aren’t bad at all. Chili’s has good sauce flavors. Imagine a lingering spiciness like good black pepper + cayenne- that’s how they taste here.

First time ordering from here. Never again. I got there early so my food would be as fresh as possible and it was soggy and barely warm. The fries were awful like they had been sitting under a warmer for hours. I’ll pay more for wing stop next time.

The chicken had a weird taste as if it wasn’t washed off. The cookie tasted freezer burnt and the cheesecake was horrible. I question if there was some cross contamination as if someone didn’t wash their hands after handling raw chicken

Flavors were basically non existing and the soda taste like their machine hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Not worth the $46 i spent, so disappointing. If i could rate zero stars i would.

I went to go pick up my order at the Rohnert Park, CA. Location. I followed the instructions on the site. I pulled up and parked in the designated spot and waited for a staff member to appear. We were ignored. When I finally called, our food was cold. Terrible service.
