I had a Grubhub delivery order from this place and when my food got here I didn’t think twice to dig in I was about my third wing when I realized the weird texture. I checked it and all of my wings were raw!! Not undercooked, but straight up raw. I spoke to manager on duty (super nice lady) she gave me credit for my order but I just thought other customers like me should know to check their food from this place before eating. I feel sick now maybe it’s just mental but I hate the fact I ate about 2.5 RAW wings. Anyways here’s some fotos for you guys.

I wish to put 0 stars. I’ve made order thru doordash. O my god! It’s the worst chicken wings I’ve ever had. It was burned (photo attached, black spots) It’s dry, though to chew, smells burned. Even sauce not helped. I don’t know what kind of chef you need to be, to send food like this to your customers. I’m begging you, if you reading this, never order here. God bless.

I’m not happy about this. I ordered online, I drive 10 mins to get my food, I wait 10 mins just inquiry if my order was ready, they dont have the order. Ok mistakes happen. Not a problem. I ordered and waited….again! I get my order and these are not curly fries. They are burnt dried out fries that are not fresh but look like they came off someone else’s plate. Anybody can tell when food is freshly cooked or has been sitting there. If I had to replace my order when arrived then the food should not be looking like this. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Tried this place many months back- I liked that they offered curly fries and the sauce flavors were good, but they shorted me wings that time around. Tonight I decided to give them a second chance since I wanted curly fries and wings (and it’s tough to find places with both). The wings did not come with enough sauce on them and my food was delivered without the ranch, despite it being on the order. Additionally, the order tape designed to keep food safe during delivery was lazily slapped on the top and there’s no way for me to know that the food wasn’t accessed during delivery prior to me receiving it- that tape is meant to ensure food safety and seal the container, not be thrown on top. Lastly, I didn’t receive curly fries. I received regular fries that were soggy (the soggy part is partially expected with delivery) but there was no option to make them curly fries on the order- and the previous times they automatically came with curly fries. The inconsistency and missing parts of the order is disappointing cause I want to like this place for their wing flavors.

Terrible. Took them 50+ minutes to prepare my order and they never brought the food out carside after waiting 15+ minutes. Had to get my kids out of the car and take them in to get my order, which was missing multiple items and was ice cold. But there was no employees to be found so I just left. Sauces were good, wings were cold and fries were half soggy and half so crispy you couldn’t eat them. I would have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere if I was able to find even a single employee to talk to.

After we checked in it took them 10 minutes to bring out the order. We got the 32 bone in wings. Everything was cold with little sauce on them. The wings were overcooked and they put barley any fries in each. My 3 kids ate a total of 5 wings and my wife ate 2 before they had enough. Very disappointed in the quality, they have been slacking off more and more.

Ordered through DoorDash. Honestly they were pretty good! The fries weren’t soggy, the apple bbq sauce was interestingly good. And they did provide PLENTY of sauce to go with the wings.

Oof. Wings weren’t ready after 40 minutes. Staff were super nice but you can’t have an estimate of 17 minutes and not start on the order even 40 minutes later. I had them cancel my order.
