I wish I would’ve read the Google reviews and not the doordash reviews. The food at first glance looks awful absolutely disgusting. I regret tasting it the wings were undercooked and the blue cheese had a weird oily, watery, spoiled consistency. The fries were stale and cold. I instantly felt sick. I recommend staying away from this place. Absolutely gross. Also insane that they have not cared to correct this ongoing issue. People getting food poisoning or sick from food, spoiled condiments, stale old fries. Same issues have been going on for over a year.

I wanted wings, my wife wanted a salad. Chili’s is the way to go. I ordered IJW over DoorDash and ate at a Chili’s table. (better/more wings for a better price, don’t get wings off the menu)
The wings here are delicious, they’ve only messed up an order once of the many times I’ve ordered.
Many people talk about the wings being cold – they never update the DoorDash status to tell you that your food is ready when doing pickup. I would recommend arriving ~5 minutes before the suggested time, going inside, and telling them you’re expecting a pickup order under your name. I ordered during a non-peak hour and they were ready 10 minutes before the suggested pickup time.

I haven’t ordered from here in a long time just because my last experience wasn’t pleasant and the wings were raw but I wanted to give it another try. I made a big order this time and once again was disappointed. The wings were really dry and hard and we had to throw them away cause it was not edible to eat. My husband almost broke a tooth because the chicken was so hard. I would definitely spend the extra money to get wings somewhere else.

I have been fighting food poisoning for the last 36 hours after eating. I have reported this higher obviously but wanted to warn everyone as well. Any review over one star is a bot or family friend and the “owner” that responds to these reviews should prolly just give up considering they haven’t corrected this issue for years as far as I can tell from reviews that I should have read on google rather than DoorDash. The food is just trash and the owner is equally trash.

I am pretty sure this is just chili’s you pick it up from chili’s, kind of sketchy. The fries and wings were both cold. The wings we ordered were lemon pepper and they just had a sprinkle of seasoning on top of what looks like frozen wings.
I am more than positive the ranch they gave us was also bad. The color, smell and texture of it was all off.

I ordered bone-in wings and got boneless wings instead, & whatever sauce they put on them was horrible! They gave me one tiny little cup of ranch with it. And they gave me some kind of weird bbq sauce for my fried oreos to dip in, instead of chocolate sauce! I spit it everywhere when I took a bite of it…… Cali was the name of the person who put my order together.
