Picked up our order like 30 minutes ago. First time ordering from its just chicken and my first bite was very disappointing. I had to put them dang chicken back in the air fryer, cause I wasn’t gonna drive back. I was too hungry. One thing they should work on, is stop rushing peoples orders, cause this is what happens. I need y’all to take your time cooking my chicken and making sure it’s crispy& ready. I don’t need or eat uncooked chicken. Good thing we ordered boneless for my kids. But Everything else tasted good.

I’m not picky at all but I don’t think I’ve had chicken this bad before. Fries were whatever, sauce watery but good. But the chicken.. the texture of the breading reminded me of left out playdoh. It had that weird chicken taste- and was super slimey. Restaurants that aren’t centered around chicken still have better chicken than this.. if the food is this bad I don’t even wanna imagine how dirty the place is. (It’s rare for me to leave this bad of reviews for places)

Ordered naked wings and a cinnamon apple pie to try out all of the sauces. Received every sauce ordered and nuggets arrived as ordered.

We’ve had “Its just wings” lots of times and never had any complaints. The fries are really good and warm. The wings are amazing my kids and I always do buffalo wings while husband loves the mango Habanaro boneless. The best part of its just wings is the price! We had 2 combos to feed our family of 6 and spent $32.

If you’re craving some Nashville this place is not it. Their “Nashville” sauce tastes nothing like it, it’s just an overly salty buffalo sauce. So salty that I couldn’t even finish the wings. But if that wasn’t bad enough the chicken quality was really poor, I had to toss a few out because the wings had that dark grey slimy texture, the kind you see when chicken is spoiled.

I had written them off as terrible. Then on a whim we ordered last week after more than a year. They must have changed cooks and distributors. The boneless wings were thick, tender chunks for white meat chicken. They were hot and well seasoned.

I’ll have to try the boneless wings next time. A big part of it might’ve been that it’s takeout. But my bone-in wings were just kind of slimy – not very crispy. The flavors were pretty decent though and there was a ton of meat on them. The weirdest part was big chunks of avocado in my ranch dip (which I’m mildy allergic to) – don’t know what happened there…. Curly fries were all right. Better after “re-crispified” in the air fryer though.

Ordered a 16 piece and got 14 cold wings. Ordered mix dry rub half ranch and half spicy; got bare wings with a light dusting on about half of them….. basically no flavor. Got cold fries. Uber eats driver was prompt and i live close by so they have NO excuses…. Ranch dip was super watery also. Ive had wings all over the SLC area and also in several states ive lived in; these were the WORST wings ive EVER had. Take my advise, save your money and try somewhere else. I quit eating them on the third wing and made a PB&J sandwich…. i suppose i will try adding seasoning and reheating them another day. Horrible to spend money here and get this poor order. I would give ZERO stars if i could.

We ordered Buffalo and lemon pepper dry rub and the Buffalo sauce was very minimal and the lemon pepper was non existent. The flavor was quite bad, tasted mostly like old oil, and the curly fries tasted like old oil as well. Like the oil had been reused for a whole month, pretty nasty. We thought we should give it a try at least but safe to say we won’t go to any other wing place other than BDubs and WingStop.
